Sat in line for 50 minutes just to be told they didn't have my food. I had placed a mobile order well ahead of breakfast cutoff but they can't handle their drive thru. Gave them my mobile code but whe
several visits in the last few weeks. Drive thru and inside times for food over 30 mins. No one inside except us and only a few cars in the drive thru. slowest McDonald's I have ever been to.
We’ve completely stopped going to this McDonald’s as the drive thru wait time is usually at least 30 minutes, the inside dining area is usually closed (or if open it’s filthy), and our order is never correct. I understand that the food isn’t going to look like the image on the menu board but the last several times it has barely looked edible! We now only go to McDonald’s **anywhere** but Excelsior.
