The food is good if you are lucky enough to catch them when they are open. They have posted hours, it’s anybody’s guess if they will be open.

Took a long time to get our food even though the place was dead. Fried mushrooms were so thing that I would mistaken the pieces of fried batter as a full mushroom. And my wife describes her patty melt as a sadwhich because all we could taste was unseasoned beef and whole wheat bread (didn't help that they forgot the bacon and second patty) which they offered to fix however we just wanted to leave by that point so we just had it removed from the bill

quiet evening, took a bit to get served, the wife was wanting the fish and they were out, ended up with the chicken and broccoli, I got steak and baked potato, it was real good. hopefully they get the signs lit up as we thought they were closed. we will be back

I have always had good service until tonight 11/5/21 . The place was not that busy but it took almost 40 minutes just to get my food and I ordered coffee which took me 15 minutes to get that . My wife went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper or hand towels . My food was good but it was not very hot . Another couple who came in after us got their food before us and the guy ordered a tenderloin same thing I got . Like I said I have always had good service till tonight

I know you can't make everyone happy all the time, but you could try. I'm leaving a terrible review due to order ahead wait time and poor customer service communication. They told me a cook walked out mid shift, they got busy and they were almost done making it. I got fed up waiting 30 mins and left. I called for a refund and those were the excuses handed to me and was told order was ready and they would give me gift cards. When we got back we still had to wait. Yes we got very upset asked for the manager. We sat and waited again. Manager came after we had left. I get it home expecting hot fresh food. It's cold. The fries were limp the gravy and biscuit cold. Never got a refund or the gift card.

Had the special that day which was Ribeye steak with coleslaw and grilled veggies. It was very good. The owner overcooked it and instead of just sending it on out she recooked it . That's good service right there .

Ordered two eggs over easy ,bacon, fried potatoes. Fried potatoes were over cooked, eggs had lace and were hard to cut. Bacon was part burnt and part raw .Grill too hot. Bacon was salty.

My husband and I made a to go order tonight. We ordered a patty melt and a Reuben…. Oh my goodness! I don’t know why I waited so long to try this place! Our food was ready quick, it was nice and fresh, and delicious! I can’t wait to try some more things! Way to go Muggs!

Not very busy but worked very well with our orders, they didn't fuss to much with me and my toddler dancing waiting in food, and you could watch them preparing the food from our seating area. 10/10 recommend and will go again if I'm in the area.

This place is awesome the food is amazing servers were great so nice. Basket on the left is a catfish dinner with fry's which are a must on the right is patty melt my grandma loved it also had spicy corn nuggets as appetizer coming here again with more people
