All tables were dirty even though no customers were seated
They no longer serve salad
The person taking the order didn’t write it down I ordered 2 pizzas he came out told us he damaged one of the pizzas and has to remake it. He didn’t bring out the other pizza until I asked for it. I asked for knives said they didn’t have any, then brought out plastic knives and 2 dirty folks, I asked for clean forks and they brought out 2 more one of those was also dirty. My advice
Eat somewhere else !!!!!!!

Pizza Hut is NEVER supposed to run out of anything, especially not wings and especially not during football season and especially not more than once during football season. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I've tried to order traditional wings on a game day, and they are already out. It's the store manager's job to know when they're about to run out of something and get on the damn phone and stay calling other stores until you find one with extra that they can spare and send someone or yourself as a salaried employee to go get them before your store runs out. If the store manager can't find any, then they are supposed to call the area manager and let them know so they can find extra product to bring the store BEFORE they actually run out. That's why the area managers are paid a salary as well. There's no excuse for not ordering enough wings or anything else for that matter after the first time you run out of something during football season. I can maybe forgive running out 1 time but not the very next week again. The store manager is also supposed to work on every game day/night to make sure the employees aren't falsely changing the delivery times or item availability in the system because they absolutley will if they aren't being supervised. This Pizza Hut is the only place in this area that has decent wings unless you want to drive all the way to kearney or liberty so it should be obvious to the manager to order more than enough wings during football and NASCAR season to cover Excelsior Springs and Lawson.
I've noticed that none of the complaints on this site have any responses from anyone in the company apologizing and/or offering solutions to any of the myriad of problems with this store. Good job, Pizza Hut. This store obviously isn't making its profit quota for the year.
Place has gone downhill. Last several times we've gone, pizza has been sub-par, but I really dislike Casey's pizza and Dominoes is out of the way. After today, think I'll just drive to Kearney though or order from Laura's. Used the app to order and my total was $32 after tip, since I used deals on the app and reward points. Realized I had set it for ASAP instead of 5:30, so called restaurant immediately after placing the order to let them know I wouldnt need it until 5:30. The lady who answered said that was fine but I'd have to pay with my card when I got there. I arrived and the total was $60. I tried explaining that the price was not what I had initially had on my order to the guy at the window but he kept insisting it was probably due to taxes and the price of the soft drinks (which were in my initial app order with a $32 price), but more or less was "I dunno..." rather than listening to me explain about the price difference from the apps vs what they charged. Paid the amount figuring I would just contact customer service later, as there was a truck behind me. Used their customer service chat and basically got told they'll get back to me in 1-3 days.
On top of that, the pizza was cold and chewy and just...gross tbh. It hasnt been very good the last few times either, but it hit a new low on quality today. Drove straight home from the pickup window, so it wasn't like the pizza was out for long.
Only redeeming thing about this place is they have one lady that works there mostly in the evenings that is always really friendly.

Was less than satisfied with the way I was treated as a frequent customer by management. Ordered pizza and it was dry, nearly burnt and terrible. Asked them to fix it and was ultimately treated terribly by the manager. Their “attempt” at fixing the situation was a poor excuse of professionalism.

Left an item out and then was rude when going back to get it. One of my pizzas was cut all uneven.
Worst absolute Pizza Hut ever. Delivery driver is mouthy and if you don’t tip him he will let you know. Get a real job buddy. Pizza is disgraceful every single time.
Never dined in sometimes you get a young crew that doesn't care but pretty good service most of the time... Love the New
