I deliver for DoorDash and had a delivery that had a 4:15 pm pickup time. I arrived at the store and not a single person was in the public area of the restaurant. I could hear several people talking back in the kitchen are so I said hello, is any one here and various other statements but not a single restaurant employee responded. So I then went back to the restaurant entrance and opened the front door (this action caused a bell to ring the alerts the staff that someone has just entered the store) but still no one, rang the front door bell a second time and still nothing. So after spending 15 minutes alone in the dining area of the store I decided to call the store. Now I could see the area where the staff answered the phone (so they could see me also) but I have to emphasize that I was at the bar in the restaurant area. The pizza I was to pick up and deliver was ready for at least 10 minutes, but not a single employee responded to my voice or the store door bell. Now I am 65 years old and do have some hearing loss. I could hear the restaurant staff taking in the kitchen so they had to hear me ask where they were and they had to hear the front door bell that rings when the door is opened (I opened it twice). So I can only believe that the restaurant staff ignored me on purpose (kind of a method to not have to work).I deliver your products to your customers and thus make money for you. I represent your store to the customers that I deliver your product to. Your staff willfully actions of ignoring me made the delivery late, the produce had cooled down and made me and your store look bad. I do not know who the manager on duty at this time was but the only way the store employees could have ignored me for such an extended period of time would be with the manager’s approval. The manager had to hear me talking, had to hear the front door bell go off when I opened the front door two different times.So in closing, no I am not happy. I hat it when the actions of others make me look bad (the customer notified when I arrive at the vendor’s location). Plus it made your management and staff look very bad (they both showed just how much they cared about the companies customers and product). You need better managers, ones that care about the business and its customers. It appears you current restaurant management only cares about look important to the staff and is willing to let the staff disrespect your customers to become staff’s friend. New management and new training is needed before this current group destroyed your business.

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. They wouldn’t even give us anything to drink due to them not wanting to tune the soda dispenser on. I had to walk across the street to Casey’s to get something to drink. We decided to come in for a commercial we saw 7 dollar pizza. The pizza was 24 dollars, dry and thin as cardboard. I’ve had better pizza come in a frozen box. Don’t waste your time, don’t waste your money. Last time I try and eat Pizza Hut. We noticed the workers taking up all the wheelchair accessible spaces in the parking lot as well which wasn’t a good start. Pizza Hut had gone downhill let’s just leave it at that.Parking: The workers take up all the wheelchair accessible parking spaces. So if that says anything about the place…

good food but the back of house was insanely loud. management should listen to what they say during their shift because it almost made me leave. i have a higher patience than most but imagine what other people would say. i get that it’s night shift but coming to the dish pit, which is completely visible to the FOH, and saying “OH MY GOD THAT FELT SO GOOD” while sniffing is kinda ridiculous. waited 30min for a single za while the BOH washer entertained himself with the frequency of a trumpet.
Drive thru bone on wings with sweet chili sauce is my favorite .

The manager need to have a book and read it and he said the pizza going to be 15 minutes and he said it wasent ready just be careful and make sure this pizza hut hires a manager who understands what needs to be done.
