I love scooters, amazing coffee, amazing food, but the baristas at this specific one always seem to have an attitude. I haven’t had that experience at other stores, but the ladies here make me feel extremely judged.

Today I went through the scooters drive to get the cinnamon brown sugar latte with oat milk light on the ice. As I do everyday before work. Yesterday when asking for the same order after receiving my latte I noticed for the first time a huge fill gap looking as though I was getting a medium sized drink after asking for a large. So today When going through the line the manager was taking orders , I asked for the same thing just to have extra oat milk to fill the space. The manager replied corporate is cracking down and she is not able to give me the extra oat milk without charge. I was ok with paying extra for what I wanted. She then says she’s not going to be able to do that since there is no button to charge for extra oat milk. I’ve been a loyal everyday customer since the opening of scooters & have also purchased multiple scooters gift cards to hand out to my clients to support local business. I’m hopeful after this review and reaching out to cooperate scooters will be willing to equip there staff with a simple button to charge for extra milk. Customers should always get what they are willing to pay for. Instead I left disappointed was told no and goodbye. I will no longer be supporting scooters locally instead will be going to other local coffee shops and buying gift cards else where for my clients.

Drink was so watered down you could not taste any flavor. Green Tea with Coconut Milk. Told them about the issue and they did not bother to make it right. Won't be going back!

To busy gossiping and not focusing on the work. orded extra shots and get charged for them but never have extra shots in your drink. Should not have to wait 10+mins to get a coffee in a drive through only coffee shop, do better.

This coffee tastes terrible. My husband says it tastes like hotel coffee. Not happy about it. We usually go to Starbucks but we are stopping through and there isn’t one, sadly. Decided to try Scooters and it wasn’t what we expected at all. Service was good, fast and friendly customer service.

(Excelsior Springs, MO) High prices. You never get your total until you get to the window. Employees are always great. A permanent happy hour would be great.
