We had the best experience. This winery has great flights, beautiful atmosphere and an amazing charcuterie board. The owners were so helpful and very knowledgeable. I definitely will be back.
They also have beer. I had a very good red ale. Really I had 2.
The tasting room is beautiful, as is the view. Our service was excellent. The wines, however, left a lot to be desired. I did the dry tasting, though others in my group did the sweet. We passed glasses amongst ourselves, hoping to find something, but we're not successful.
We visited your winery for the first time for the Irish festival. I have to say of all the wineries we have visited, your winery is so breathtakingly beautiful. You have done an amazing job creating and building this. We could tell a lot of hard work and love went into this winery. We loved the festival, wine and live music. We can’t wait to visit again on a regular day as well. We will be back again with our family!
John assisted us. He is very knowledgable and led my friend and I in the perfect direction! I went with a brand new wine, Chardonel (delicious, hint of smoke, dry white wine). Kari King was playing live music, and she was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is amazing and the seating area near pond has me planning my next trip already, perfect for a day date! Thanks, Shamrock Hills and John!
First visit, fantastic location/scenery, attentive/friendly staff and great wine and beer for non wine drinkers. Boards were also good.
Great location, drinks, and people. We had a great time.
Atmosphere and outdoor seating views are great although when you drive up to drive up to the back of the building. Service was great. The dry reds were not that good. We actually tried a tasting to see which one we wanted to class up and decided not to get class. I believe it’s under new ownership so maybe they’re just getting the keys out and I think they are still selling some of the old brand positive thoughts it gets better.
Scenery, atmosphere, friendly service & good wine.
This is a family friendly winery. Lots of room for kids to run. They even opened for sledding this winter. Great staff and good wines. Mike Reilly makes good wine and also brews good ales and beers. He’s excited and enthusiastic to share his passion for making good products and life in general. Mike and Denise took over another venue’s inventory and the excellent staff for a jump start on the winery before they put in their own vines. They have put their own stamp on this business venture. I expect great things in the future for their wines and their venue.

We had a great time here! The staff was so kind and attentive, the drinks were good, the charcuterie board was delicious and had good variety, nice viewsAND bonus points for the adorable dogs
The winery is beautiful and has lots of outdoor space. They served us wine from the previous winery and we did not like any of the ones we tried. Hoping they get their own wines soon because would definitely come back. Staff was great.
Very impressed with this winery located about 45 minutes from KC. Great wines, beautiful scenery, and helpful staff that can lead you in the right wine direction. They have a beautiful lake with fire pits to relax and enjoy the rolling hills of Missouri. Would highly recommend for a relaxing weekend getaway.
Loved my visit at Shamrock Hills! The wine was great and the staff are very welcoming. We will definitely be visiting again and look forward to trying the patio in the warmer months!
Nice location and friendly staff. New winery that is trying to get started. Enjoyed the red roan wine very much.
