The parking lot situation NEEDS to be addressed. There is no reason why I should feel like I’m off roading while trying to get a burger.

They had literally nothing to drink no Dr Pepper, no coke , no mozzarella sticks, no slushies. All they had we could get was tea and coffee and burgers

Excelsior Springs, MO Sonic is the worst. Long wait times when ordering a head on app. Drimks are usually wrong. MANAGMENT SUCKS!! I would advise to drive to Kearney or Liberty... much better everything.

The potholes are gnarly. Absolutely gnarly.
Fortunately they make up for it with nice staff, great playground & fast service.

Friendly vibes, but slow service. Drinks which should be out the door with 2 and a half minutes takes 6-7 minutes (not during a rush hour)

Love going to sonic. Haven't ate there in awhile so I decided on chicken sandwich and fries. Won't be doing that again. And then a few nights later got a burger for everyone and mine had enough ketchup and mustard for 5 hamburgers. Mustard was very tart. Couldn't even eat all my burger.

This Sonic was 100% better before the new manager took over. You can see the affect on the employees. The manager never appears to be pleased with the staff. Wanting staff to fill drinks with more ice so you receive less drink for your money. I have seen him be rude to the staff. If thing don't improve for the employees why work there. Never short on staff till this manager took over. I myself wouldn't want to work there. Very sad to see this great Sonic going down hill.

What is this BLT toaster? Half a piece of bacon, 1 thin slice of tomato, very little lettuce and hard bread come on sonic do better.

My food is never right and since we always get to go I usually find out at home and since they don't give replacements for wrong orders we usually stay away or unload entire order in the car to check ✅ it never fits back correctly so 😕😔

The service and food has gone downhill. We don't go there very often anymore. Used to go almost daily for our morning drinks.
