Went to this location on 11/11/2025, for lunch. Woke up some time after midnight with diarrhea, stomach cramps and nausea. I thought it might have been the flu. I was sick for two days. I also felt very weak. The only place I went that day was Sonic. Today I heard that this Sonic has been shut down for failing a health inspection. To be shut down, and not just told to fix an issue, it’s SHUT DOWN! Now I know how, what and why I got sick.

It's slow. Before I revised the review was about slowness, but I figured I could at least reword it, it's fast food after all, and they probably don't get paid very much, so could probably cut a little bit of slack as far as that goes.

Unable to get Large Blasts, they only serve medium as their largest size. Cups were not filled too the top.
Ordered large , but was told when paying that they were not available and couldn't answer why.

Has to be the worst Sonic around. Worst food. Untrained people that have no idea to accurately take an order. I always have them repeat it and they'll usually get it wrong. Keep driving. Even McDonald's is better than this place. Seriously.

I say at the drive thru for 5 minutes not getting help then pulling up to the window not receiving service. Not impressed. Will not be going back.

Apparently this location doesn’t know what a cream slush is? Asked for a strawberry cream slush and she repeated back strawberry shake so we corrected her and she even repeated back “right, strawberry cream slush” sarcastically like we didn’t know what we were talking about and then still put in a strawberry shake. didn’t have time to correct it AGAIN so we just left

Wasn't very apologetic about an issue. It was a misunderstanding but it definitely could have been handled with sincerity or even an apology, not an attitude. I won't go back, I'd rather drive 10 more miles.

I dont know who they hired recently but quality has gone downhill, i used to eat here for lunch nearly every day with no issues. Now i cant go and order a drink without it being made wrong. Just got done ordering a burger some cheddar peppers and a tea with mango through the drive through. Opened the burger up in the parking lot and it was already cold. The recipt says cheddar peppers but i got 2 bags of cheddar bites and the tea with mango is more like mango with a hint of tea.

I was happy with my experience here. I've been to a lot of Sonic restaurants over the years. My mobile order was at my car in under a minute. I couldn't believe it. Hot fresh and fast. Can't beat it.
