Update they keep sending me emails saying it's been resolved. Ignoring the problem is a resolution assholes just not a desired one. I ordered my food by app still had to wait while they fixed it I get home it's the wrong sandwich some cheap turkey thing with spinach. I call and they very politely inform me if I don't like what I got I either drive it back in to them about a half hour from the house or suck it they'll keep the money I couldn't just get a sandwich tomorrow or a refund I have to drive. I'm stubborn and cheap so I drove in and 2 and 1/2 hours later I finally have what I paid for. Needless to say screw you subway!

I wish that I could give zero stars. My wife ordered a veggie sub on wheat bread. She's not sure what the bread was but knows it wasn't wheat. She asked for onions and received 2 slivers before they ran out. She asked for tomatoes and received 3 very small chunks. She asked for lettuce and received almost none. She asked for sliced olives and received 3 or 4 tiny pieces. She asked for yellow peppers and never found any in her sub. She asked for spinach and received a whole bunch (I assume to cover up the fact that none of the other ingredients were adequate). The lunch lines were long so, rather than stand in line to complain, we learned our lesson and left. Subway normally does a good job. This store seems to be the exception. My sandwich was just barely OK and hers was awful. We will not return to this store .
Vegetarian options: Terrible Veggie subs. Steer clear if you can.

Called in Hopes that somebody would help me with an issue.I had with a local Subway and instead of giving me help.I was pretty much introduced a root attitude and hung up on. When I called back , I was told to stop They would have me ban from the store.. I had you got to the store yet..

All depends on who is working, evening crew has gone down last couple months! And now that this store doesn’t even accept the coupons it’s most definitely not recommended or worth the cost! All they have to offer is ok oh I’m sorry or my bad, when they mess up! So now don’t have no reason to keep coming back !

Welp, y'all have officially lost my business. I know management and hopefully the person making these decisions sees this. These prices are ludicrous, the reason I have been coming to subway for YEARS now consistently is the fact I can use coupons. Was told they were removing them but was still able to use them... Till today. Y'all understand fancy restaurants are cheaper now right? I have absolutely 0 reason to ever return to this franchise with the current direction it's going. "Inflation" no someone just wants higher percentage earnings every year and now the public is paying for that. It's like mc Donald's needing to raise prices by 15 cents but prices went up 3 times what they were. I see right now y'all sprinting down that same path. Sad part is I know the employee wages don't reflect these prices.
