Only complaint is they never participate in any promotional events. The newest one is buy any two sandwiches and get them for #5.00. I feel this location makes plenty of revenue and should be given back to the patrons, but hey Liberty is honoring the promo, so why not take the 10minute drive and get a awesome deal!

I love going to the subway in Excelsior when I went in I got fast service the food was delicious employees were great I got me a cold cut combo I had him cut I got a footlong so they could cut it half I half there and I took the other half home and had it for my lunch next day and it just a great place to go to and I like both of neither the one in Excelsior in Crown Hill or the one in Walmart I've had food from both of them in their great.

Food is great. Ever since my fiancé started working here she has gotten me and also a few other people to explore outside there comfort box for food. The place is kept nice and clean and the other employees are very helpful and very polite. I will only go to this subway from now on.

Food is good but I am an avid coffee drinker particularly during work hours. I have been working here doing a promo and getting coffee from there daily. Today around 420 I went there to get a cup and at first I just stood there waiting for someone to come finally a girl comes out with purple hair and yells back to the kitchen " do we have coffee" then she walks back there I'm still standing there.Eventually a young guy comes out and shows her how to make it I get the coffee and go to put cream in it so I go up and say hello and instead of walking out front they are both in the. Back yelling up front. Apparently he was eating because he came out talking with his mouth full of something. He tells me there's no creamer except what's out there, there's a couple of creamers one is half empty and they are all hot. He says we don't have anymore that's what we have what's there and that half and half doesn't need to be refrigerated, ok . They were both rude and very unprofessional talking while eating not wearing a hat etc. i do a lot of promos here and the crew in the day is very helpful professional and the place is always spotless. I guess I was a little shocked at their lack of concern for anything, I got my money back and left. Not very happy with that experience at all I worked in food before and if the counter is dirty trash cans are running over and the place is empty you best believe nothing else is getting done either.
