Awkward Drive Thru. Food portions are smaller at this location for the Taco Bell side. Perpetually understaffed. Still, I was there getting highly processed fast food. Restaurant for the weak willed.

Staci the mgr needs more training.

She’s yelling at the employees, rolling her eyes, huffing her breath, getting short with customers. Thats just during the time it took me to get my meal!

An employee “young lady” was crying. The big guy who took my order literally asked “WHAT DO YOU WANT” to prompt me to start ordering. I’m a VERY calm and kind person so I cracked a joke and said thank you for making me dinner guys. No response from the clearly dark energy flooded kitchen.

I own and run 3 companies. What I can tell you is your restaurant is a direct reflection of management. She just doesn’t have the ability to keep the morale up under pressure.

Learn to communicate, guide with positive affirmations under pressure and keep everyone focused on friendly competition towards excellence. It works according to the last $200M I’ve generated in revenue.

I guarantee they have a constant employee shortage. I can tell you why ;)

I got food from here the drink was missing the twist taste like glue and then they remained my food and the still taste like shit so the lady came back and gave me Attitude then I saw the container they cep it it I think it was growing mold 1/10

They are always slow! The drive through was severely backed up and every vehicle was asked to park in the parking lot to wait for the order. 20 minutes is way too long ...

Food is gross, kids wear pajamas when preppy food. Cashier was more focused on a drive thru worker getting reprimanded in front of everyone verses finishing taking our order. Food was 2/10 per usual. Except the tenders. If you enjoy tenders the size of your pinkie that have been cooked 3-4 times (dry and burnt) and obviously fried with spicy foods (oh yeah it had a kick!) this is the place for you.

No matter what, without a doubt, they will forget your sauce, biscuits, etc. The food has always been cold. I've went a few times as a last resort to find the line backed up and employee's outside smoking god knows what. I never recommended this location.

The young man at the window was very nice and polite. Still doesn't make up for the lack of filling in the tacos. Ordered a party pack and all 12 tacos barely had anything in them besides lettuce. These were all not even 1/2 inch thick. This is not ok.

The rice was crunchy. When I asked for a redo I was told it's the way every taco bell makes it. Taco bell is one of my favorite places to eat and I've never had crunchy rice.

I am sick of this place!!! They never get my order right!! And they always skip on stuff!! I love KFC and Taco Bell! They are also unsanitary!! I watched someone use the same gloves to sweep the floor and wipe his face then grab chicken by hand and put it in the box!! He grabbed everything by hand no tongs nothing!! I will not recommend or will I be going back!!

The chicken was very overcooked, the biscuit was hard and the cherry desert was soggy. Also you can't see the menu at drive through. They have signs blocking it.

I really want to like it, there’s a few very friendly members of their staff. Unfortunately they just can’t seem to fill the nacho fries al the way. You pay a lot more for “large” & It’s unfortunately looked like this multiple times now, only a small handful.
