I really want to like it, there’s a few very friendly members of their staff. Unfortunately they just can’t seem to fill the nacho fries al the way. You pay a lot more for “large” & It’s unfortunately looked like this multiple times now, only a small handful.
Went right before they closed and our order was incorrect and as soon as I went back they were closed. The guy at the window tried to be nice, but service was lacking. Charged full price for a cup of water. For the cost of this meal I could have ate an actual restaurant.

I give this taco bell no stars. The food has never been good quality here. Service is terrible. Last Sunday I ordered here I knew it was a bad idea and I did it anyway and boy did I pay for it. About an hour after I ate the Mexican pizza I started shivering with fever, and puking my guts out. I puked for the next 24 hours. This was just last sunday Dec 8th 2024 around 630. I had a high fever and violent vomiting for the next day missed two days of work which cost me about 1000 bucks. Finally felt good enough to go to work today still feel extremely nauseous went to the doctor they ruled out covid and flu said more than likely I got food poisoning. Tried to call taco bell they said they would have a manager call me never did. Now they just hang up when I call. I am pissed!!! No one should ever have to go through this because they were hungry. Something is not right with the food at this place. Think it's time to get the health dept involved.

The managers are freaking awesome. The chicken quesadillas are the best I’ve ever had. I’m not sure why they have such a low review. I’ve never had a problem with them.

The absolute worst taco bell I've ever experienced. Waited over 20 minutes before they'd let me talk into the speaker for my order and there was no one in front of me. Then I get to the window and no one speaks to me for five minutes while they take everyone's order behind me.

They messed my order up AGAIN.. Everything time I go in that location.. its unclean and the people are rude.
Terrible customer service. They were out of half of the menu and my food was terrible. They have you wait in the parking lot and they gave my order to the wrong person. When I requested that my food be remade because another person touched it, they gave me a nasty look.

The food was better this time than it has been for a while and I didn't get the young lady's name at the drive-thru but I was having problems seeing the menu and she was very polite and helpful

This place is a joke! 90% of the time it is disgusting cold old food no sauce almost all the time and when u ask at the window for sauce cuz they don’t care to ask, so I have to ask for sauce at the window and sometimes they roll their eyes and be annoyed about it! This place needs all new management and workers! Half the time their outside smoking 🚬 or smoking pot out the window and go in without washing hands and touch ppls food . Idk how they pass expectation.
