We have been multiple times and the food has always been a huge disappointment. Unfortunately it’s the only real food at The Elms so unless you’re willing to get ready to set out to fast food or the one other restaurant in town you’re out of luck. Due to us using our stay as a relaxation getaway it’s easiest to order here and stay put. The food is overpriced for what it is. There’s some hits but a lot more misses. For how much we spend here on a staycation it’s a disgrace to the culinary industry. Now the service- worst experience in any resort restaurant, and possible restaurant period. The daytime bartender was the sweetest woman and has always been helpful, but don’t cross the host/bartender in the evening, her attitude reeks of “I don’t like any of you and would rather be anywhere else”, not a good look working at an overpriced resort. The few other bartenders lack the knowledge I would expect a bartender to have at said overpriced resort, which is borderline terrifying. We don’t recommend, but then again, it’s the easiest choice while staying at The Elms, just pray you don’t run into this certain employee of the restaurant, she may roll her eyes and ignore you as sport if you show in your spa robe.(which was confirmed to be of dress code)

Brussels are amazing! The pork chop was thick and really good! Nice option for a cozy dine in experience!

Rudest people ever waited over an hour to be seated on a reservation then to not be served after one drink. Spent over a thousand dollars on a valentines reservation to be treated like garbage never again

Tim, temporary general manager was great to me and my date. There was a drink we did not care for, he made it right and replaced our drink and gave us a free slice on cake. It’s all about making something right and Tim understood that

I ate here while snowed in from a blizzard and was extremely underwhelmed. The menu prices are astronomical for food that was Applebees quality. I would never dine here again.

The bone in chicken was the smallest piece of chicken and tasted boiled with zero flavor. Boiled chicken and mashed potatoes for 39 dollars is absolutely ridiculous especially with the size of that chicken. Honestly this is borderline criminal. The service was great and the atmosphere was great because we were in our room. This is literally overpriced crap that will not fill you up. I would go just about anywhere else in town to eat.

We had our meal in our room, service was great, food was delivered hot within 25 min of ordering. The salmon was amazing and portion size was decent. The Confit chicken, however, was a very small portion size, especially for the price, and it tasted like chicken nothing special. We could have gotten a better or as good of a chicken and potato meal most other places.

Dietary restrictions: They did seem to offer quite a few gluten free options.

Went for Christmas Day brunch with much excitement just to be sooo let down. The food was tasteless, cold and just plain horrible. For the price we paid, we would’ve gotten a better meal at McDonalds. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!

This place is really hit or miss with the food and the service. Sometimes it takes forever to get food. Other times it’s not bad. You’d think with such a small venue they’d be able to keep up no problem but that’s not the case.

Bar staff seems the most experienced and professional. Do yourself a favor and just grab food there.

Long story short - At this price tag they should seriously raise the quality - especially at dinner time.

Had the Sunday brunch which was amazing definitely recommend! Went for dinner and was a bit disappointed. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out well done they took it back and fixed it for me, but it still wasn’t medium rare when they brought it back out. Very nice about it and comped dessert.

From the time we sat down to the time we got served our entrees it was over 1hr 15 min. We were told many things, the bar was backed up and the kitchen was backed up but tables around us that had a different server were seated after us and served before us. Also we asked for substitutions with our meal but they were not honored or even addressed when the entrees were brought out. Very disappointing. The food we had was okay but not worth the prices. Risotto wasn't flavorful and steak was over cooked.

I love this hotel & the gorgeous spa. Lap pool is memorable. I've been coming here since I was a child for weeks long vacations. Highly recommend.

We stayed at The Elms and really enjoyed this restaurant. We ate here for breakfast lunch and dinner and all 3 were good. We ordered the hangover breakfast by room service and were shocked at how large it was. Delicious and would feed 2+ people, made it worth the $28 price.

Brunch buffet was literally cold. My server complained about getting me a latte because she had to walk 30’feet to get it in the cafe. She actually told me she couldn’t do it but another server ratted her out. I could barely hear or understand her because she was double masked so it was just annoying to try to put together the muffled words. She seemed annoyed when we ask for butter and ketchup. They did take the buffet cost off our tab but overall we just didn’t have a good experience. The hostess was very sweet and kind and pretty atmosphere but I would not go back. I’m leaving this review in hopes that management will wil step up their game because it has a lot of potential it’s not living up to.
