My husband and I ordered carry out one night and they accidentally gave us the wrong item. When I called up to tell them and I told them I lived 20 minutes away and would be coming to pick up my correct item the apologized multiple times and told me they would have my correct item waiting at the front. I couldn’t believe when they gave us a pound of burnt ends, coleslaw, potato salad and a bottle of sauce for free and sent the mistake item back with us as well!! I couldn’t believe how much he cared for his customers and acknowledging my time for coming back and more than making up for their mistake. Blew us away with the top notch customer service!! You rarely see people that value their customers anymore and they sure know how to make you feel like a valued customer!! Thank you guys again!

The servers were very rude and the food was extremely unseasoned and one of the waiters was extremely rude to the ONE employee that was kind it’s all together being a bad experience definitely not go back their.

Don’t choose this establishment based on the reviews. The service was nonexistent and we ended up walking out after waiting over 20 minutes for our shared appetizer. All while watching patrons who’d arrived and ordered after us receive their meals. When we asked our server if we might expect our food soon, she was extremely rude. She told us she didn’t know, she hadn’t been in the kitchen, and food came out in the order it was put in. This was obviously not the case. It should also be mentioned that another couple walked out after being completely ignored by multiple staff members. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is by far the most overpriced bbq you'll ever find. There is nothing special about this place, it's just basic bbq. I found a menu online to decide what to order, and when they told me my total i was blown away. How could a small appetizer and a platter cost almost $30? oh, because fried corn is $11 which is insane. Their menu from a few years ago show the fried corn as $7. In fact, everything has gone up like $4-$5. For this price, go downtown to KC and get a real special meal.

Very good BBQ brisket sandwich and string onions. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I love the relaxed atmosphere and the small town charm just minutes from crazy city life. The food is melt in your mouth good. I always get a slab of ribs to take home. It has become a destination with my Aunt and I. If you like BBQ, why aren’t you there yet?

Went in tonight at 6:00 p.m. sat until almost 7:00 ordered our appetizer and Mill by 615 still hadn't got nothing at 7:00 the table that was sat after we ordered got their food first so we left will not be returning

This place is disgustingly dirty!! Dust on ceiling fans, dust on pipes, dust on the syrup dispenser, black mold up by a vent, dead bugs and cobwebs in the windows, windows dirty. If these things don’t faze them for their patrons to see can you imagine what the kitchen looks like. Their service use to be so prompt. Now while waiting up to an hour for your food, they don’t come back to refill your drink. Lunch time there’s a red head that works on the restaurant side and she’s good but she’s the only one. Close down for a day and bring your employees in and do a deep cleaning so I can come back!
