This place is the best kept secret in the KC area! Great BBQ and prices without the over hyped atmosphere. This is your basic BBQ joint with high quality tasting food and service. The dinning area is divided into two sections, dinning in the area and dinning in not the bar area. Naturally, one side is a little more kid friendly than the other. The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly and even spoke German! That definitely was a great experience and opportunity. This place should definitely be on your go to map for great BBQ in the KC area.

Very disappointed. Burnt ends weren't brisket. They were chunk chuck roast that was dryer than a desert. Pulled pork was sitting in a steam table forn3 years as mushy as they were. Over all very disappointed. Waitress was nice

First time here and will definitely be back. Great tasting bbq and sides. We had the burnt ends, brisket, turkey and pulled pork. All tastes great. Their sauce is great also. Service was friendly and prices were decent. Can’t wait to go back when in the area.

In an original train depot it is a fun place. The BBQ here is some of the best in the KCMO area. We always get a value for our money here. We love the fried sliced mushrooms and order enough meat to take home for other meals.

I got the burnt ends and my wife got a barbecue ham sandwich. we also got the fried corn. Burnt ends were stringy and the ham was room temperature. The fried corn was good. Service was really good.

I love the Wabash. I’ve been going there for years. If you love barbecue, you will love the Wabash. Onion rings straws are a big favorite. They have all your great and favorite cocktails. We had bloody Mary some of the best I’ve ever had highly recommend barbecue at the Wabash. The catfish is excellent also

They didn’t know it was my first time in and I felt like they really rolled out the red carpet for me by making sure sauces were fresh and recommendations were spot on. Super fair price for the quality. Got catfish and corn nuggets (super good) for lunch and getting brisket for dinner. Awesome local spot- a must visit if within a 45 minute drive. Best BBQ around.
Would’ve paid twice as much for food and service this good- love it.

The beer was warm, the brisket was tough and the fries were of the frozen variety. The waitress was nice.
