If I could rate lower than zero I definitely would. Around 7pm I stopped to eat and I was awfully disappointed My Hashbrowns were really undercooked, wet, greasy, and nasty my eggs were burnt the toast was cold and hard my waffle was deformed and undercooked with black spots in it after waiting at least 20 minutes when I asked for my food to get remade I was told “NO” and laughed at i won’t be coming here anymore and I’ll make sure to spread the word about how bad this place is I really didn’t want to make a review but after I slept on it I just couldn’t believe that lady made me pay for food that was far from edible and also realizing that the treatment and customer service had to of been because of my skin color as I'm darker than most people in the area.

The food was terrible the worst experience at Waffle. Laughs I've had, I definitely won't go back to that one, and the waitress was too worried about talking to some old man, then to worry about refills, or if we needed anything else. So she missed out on a nice tip. Instead, I left $10 when I would have left. 30 or 45.

It’s been about 5yrs since I’ve eaten at this restaurant at a different location, and I’m really surprised how little it’s changed, which is good and bad. I ordered the All American breakfast with sausage, grits, eggs (+)cheese, (-)waffle, (+)hashbrowns, which is the same thing I’ve ordered 20+ over the past 25yrs. It was all great, except for the sausage 😢 I’m very sensitive to texture, so there are very few places, and brands of sausage I will eat. After the bite of sausage, I lost the desire to eat the rest of the meal, and to eat at this food chain. So long WH ✌🏼

I placed a to go order and before I paid I asked, “can you please put the sausage separate from my waffle please”, the servicer said no problem and I paid. When the food was done I was given one container with sausage on top of the waffle. I said I will be needing a new waffle my kids won’t eat this. The cook said you should’ve said something and I said I told the server. The server apologized but the cook said, “really your kids will know??seriously they won’t eat it since those were on there??”, while being quite condescending. The cook was more than content with blaming me for how I like my food as opposed the fixing the situation. I paid and left the food.

I met my grandsons here today to eat breakfast. It was hotter inside than out side. No air. No fans. Ben the waiter was not coming to us to ask if we needed anything. Had to get his attention to get more tea and when he did. There was no ice. When I ask if the air was broken. He mumbled something and walked off. We just took the food and left. It was miserable. I tipped him but he needs to be more assertive and speak to the customer not walk off saying something
Food was like any WH - a little lacking in spice/flavor. The place was packed and when our large group of 7 came in, the staff was not initially accommodating. It was a clean restaurant though.

It’s a typical Waffle House. Dirty utensils, glass of soap water, dish water splashing on your food as you eat. You know the typical shtick. Servers more worried about ordering/eating their McDonald’s than stay attentive.
