My prescription was ready on time and delivered promptly by a helpful associate.

This is my local Walmart and we're blessed to have one of the biggest and cleanest ones in the state. They're doing a complete remodel right now. They've scheduled a grand re-opening in November. We need more employees tho?

Mom got a new 65" TV great prices . Bigger than mine .

Went to self check out with a video game in a locked case and asked the self check out lady to unlock it for me so I could scan it and she tells me I have to scan it, pay for it and have a receipt in my hand before she can unlock it. Not everyone in this messed up world is a thief. I’m done shopping at this Walmart.

Had one open express lane this morning at 830..4 people in front of us with baskets full of groceries while 5 employees stand talking and visiting. When I asked if they planned on opening another register, an employee rudely answered "NO!" Lazy, inconsiderate people who care nothing about the customers. Open another lane...geesh.

Good selection but lazy employees. Have repeatedly hit the button to call associates and received no help after waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. Unlock stuff so customers can get stuff on their own or train employees to do their job.

Wish I could leave half a star. Went in to the excelsior springs walmart and picked up some bondo repair items which one of them was a a can of long strand fiberglass reinforced filler, and to my suprise that's what it wasn't inside of the container. Instead it was full of play dough, the lid of play dough, bolts and anything else that wasn't supposed to inside if it. So for the individual that decided to use what I purchased and return it back to the store so they could get what little money back I hope your vehicle starts falling apart one piece at a time.

I had heard tales of this Walmart and finally I had to see if they were true. This is the unicorn of Walmarts. I didn't know this type of Walmart existed! First off, the parking lot is actually a reasonable size and I didn't have to walk 5 miles to the door. As I walked in and saw the organization and the cleanliness, I was again amazed. Were those associates I saw waiting to help people?! I made my way through the clothing aisle and lo and behold, there were clearance items that didn't look like they had been ransacked by wolves. They actually still had my size left! I didn't have to go through security just to buy shampoo, its like they trust you or something! Check out was a breeze and I even got a smile as I left. I will be visiting this one much more often, it's worth the drive from the one I usually use.

Absolutely no help from the staff. Acts like it’s a problem to acknowledge you. And the one I did have. Couldn’t run gift cards without causing total confusion on the transaction. Everyone is as talking amongst each other today of the total lack of knowledge or customer service. This is why I personally don’t like going to Walmart.

Large store in process of a remodel. Everything moving around and change. Sure hope the self checkouts go away or at least limit 10 items or less

Best Walmart ever! There is always someone to assist you when needed. A couple of. things I will mention, is they should open more manned checkout lanes. There is usually only one. And self checkouts should have a limit of items you can have. Then there would be more need for manned checkouts.

I use the Walmart in Excelsior always for all of my prescriptions and I find the pharmacist and pharmacy assistants to be very helpful

You did it! You lost stars. I completely understand everyone needs a place to work but could you please keep the dumb a$$e$ in the back. Not out running shoppers over with carts. That would be great.
