I hate to be writing such a bad review here as i love eastends Kai and most of the time the staff are lovely but the past few times I've been in with my friends and my daughter there has been one lady there who is always rude! She stares at you rudely and has such bad customer service! We normally don't pay her any attention but today was honestly the last straw! My daughter accidentally tipped over one of our coffees and the stuff went everywhere. I went and asked for a clot
We had brunch at East End two days running and loved our choices both times. Great choices using locally sourced produce, in a funky setting overlooking the river...and a mean coffee too. My hubby is born and bred Wairoa so we're regular visitors and always make a point of getting our fill at East End. A must if you're travelling through or a local.
