GREAT WAITRESS .....3-21-2025 ...We Had the Bourbon Street shrimp and Chicken .....took about 2 hours ... And it hit BOTH of us ....At over 60 ...We Know darn well what it was ...

The waitress was very nice and made sure we were good very frequently. The food came out and my mother ordered a steak (medium rare), it came out well done. Pleased with the service but the food and everything else was terrible and I come here a lot with no problems. The manager that was working tonight real needs to figure out something different cause as a manager myself that was outrageous. Thank you to Fantasia for the amazing service and trying your best to make our stay better it was appreciated.

We have not eaten at Applebee's in years because the food was awful. We got a gift card so we decided to give it another shot. The steak was okay, the potatoes were instant, cold and not good, the green beans were hard, cold and bland. My husband's chicken was burnt and covered in barbeque sauce. My daughters quesadia was dry. Me and my daughter both were nauseous and had stomach aches with minutes of leaving. We will not return ever again, you couldn't pay me to eat there.
The waitress was sweet, but she didn't seem to notice that we did not eat 3/4's of our meal. I do not recommend Applebee's of any location.
Just Go to McCallisters!

Waited an hour for our food. Just me and my wife. Watched 3 other tables come in after us and with more people and got their food before we did. Told manager to cancel the order, and we left. Will not return.

Mediocre at best. Had the ribeye broccoli and the upcharged Mac and cheese the Mac and cheese had so much water in it that it flooded my plate. Definitely go to another restaurant next time I’m here.

I am happy to see that Applebee's is so much better than it was several years ago. This is something I'v noticed at this location and at the Sullivan location. Our meal was made to order and perfectly arrived to our table.
