Tried to call and make a to go order since online wasn't working. They picked up the phone and told me that I had to wait 20 mins before I was even able to place an order for me to pick up. Umm what! Just take my order please.

Me and my boyfriend went here and I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and whenever I took a bite into it the sandwich it was completely raw I told them and they took my plate then the manager told us everything was on them cause my chicken sandwich was completely raw so they paid for our meal and they let me pick anything I wanted from the menu for them to make for me as a replacement meal ovary the food was good besides that chicken sandwhich

Took 15 minutes to get a drink for me about 35 minutes for my husband they forgot it we sat for 42 minutes waiting on our food and it was all wrong and the waitress put my fries on my husbands plate and told me to eat them off his tray I had to get up to get two items we still needed and ask the girl coming out of the back the food quality is getting worse and portions less but the price has risen it’s not worth it Plus there was dressing all over the carpet in the aisle And no one ever cleaned it up for over an hour the waitresses just kept walking over it That’s pretty pathetic I do not suggest this place

Loved my experience! Staff is amazing and the general manager is very hands on never letting her staff struggle! The environment is lovely and they work like a well oiled machine my food came out on time and nothing was wrong my drink was never empty! I would recommend Madison as your server!!!
