Placed a take out order and had a 30 minute drive to pick it up. Once I get there I tell the lady my name and she said it just needed to be bagged up. 45 minutes later I finally get my food and some of it is missing so I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to bring out the forgotten food.

We always stop by in on our way to St. Louis yesterday! IMO one of the best Bdubs around. Food is always was fresh and hot. There are 3 of our favorite staff, Mia, Kaylee and Alysa. Those three have always went out of their way to speak to us and make sure we are all taken care of.

I didn’t appreciate the atmosphere or the intimidation I felt from staff after I cancelled our appetizers because our food came out first. When I called to speak to the manager she cut me off and started gaslighting me! Super disappointed in the staff and all of their customer service skills! Except one waitress who didn’t serve us, she sat us and also told us bye, she was polite!
Man oh man! My family and I stopped in for lunch. Josie was pur server and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was very quick, funny, and overall such an amazing worker. She definitely made my day better!
