I hate to rate it so low because I love Captain D's and the staff are not to blame here. But I ordered through the app, pulled up to the speaker at my time, and I've now been sitting at the window for 15 minutes without a greeting or food. STAFF YOUR RESTAURANT BETTER, because you're going to lose all your customers.
Excellent drive thru service from Susie! She was friendly, had a good personality and wonderful customer service. Hard to find personable people in today's world. The food was hot and fresh too, so no complaints here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I totally would! And I have never done that to anywhere I've ate. But it took us 45 minutes to get our food and then it was cold and didn't even eat a 1/4 of it, and it was so greasy made my stomach upset. Was traveling 3 hours away before we left needed some food, bad mistake stopping here.

got my battered fish raw then went and confronted them, the cook was definitely on drugs and i was given lobster bites in return and they were also not good. tasted freezer burnt
