The last two times I went to this location, I've had issues. A couple months ago, they got my order wrong and due to dietary issues, I couldn't eat it. They wouldn't reimburse me unless I brought it back that day so i did. Which took up the rest of my lunch hour for work. They were all rude about except one person. I decided to give them another try recently and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. After a longer wait than normal, they gave me my sandwich. When I got back to work with it; it was the tiniest, toughest chicken breast I've eaten. I won't be going back. The service was nice. I didn't let them know this time because I didn't see the point. I was hungry so I ate it and hoped it was cooked properly

Our cashier Dakota went above and beyond for us at Chicfila Farmington. The dining room was closed but Dakota let us order inside since we had a boat and could not fit in the drive thru. Very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend. 😊🤗

Truly Blessed
No matter the weather, there is always an employee outside to take your order. The line moved very quickly and our order was ready shortly after we pulled up to get it. All employees who we spoke to were pleasant to speak with. I had the wrap with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing and it was really good.

This location is very involved in the community and they all have so have a lot of different events every month! Great crew!
Guy started a mop walk behind machine and just kept walking circles around every table at lunch the machine was so loud gave me the impression to get up and leave mid way through my food. I never seen a worker start up a machine mid day specially at lunch.

I'm going to start off by saying this is my favorite fast food place. Across the country it's generally the same, hot food with good service. With that being said, this one in Farmington just served cold nuggets and instead of waffle fries I got potato ends as all but three of my fries. Call me picky but if I'm paying for something I expect a standard and cold nuggets with potato ends isn't it. The drink was fine though.

Definitely the least effective Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. It’s been open nearly a year now. For a long time, I thought it was just because it was new and everyone was learning. Almost a year in, it hasn’t gotten any better. The service is extremely slow, often food is not comparable to the usual Chick-Fil-A quality, and the majority of the employees don’t seem like they want to be there. I’m thankful Farmington has one, but I think they need to receive additional training from higher-ups because it is not the usual Chick-Fil-A experience.
