Very noisy atmosphere with all the kids in the game room. Not a lot of pizza on the board.
Severely understaffed, people coming in were not getting service for 10 minutes. The man in the backwards hat was yelling and when we came in he was talking to a friend and yelling, he dropped a cup and it nearly hit my foot. a poor lady was waiting for her pizza longer than we were there and we were there for over 30 minutes.

The pizza was typical of the chain but put out frequently and announced, which was nice. There was a variety. The place was kept very clean, even the restroom, and the staff were helpful without being overbearing. My one complaint is the arcade. Buying the card is a ripoff. I spent $10 and was able to play two games. The math didn't add up on that.

This place has definitely gone downhill. The croutons were stale, the cheesy bread had barely any cheese and was cold. Most of the pizza looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, it was hard and cold. Here lately, anytime you want a fresh pizza, you're better off to custom order it, or else it's just cold and old. They didn't start refilling the buffet with fresh pizza until a big crowd came in. It's a shame because we really loved Cicis but it seems like their employees could careless about the quality of their food.

Service is always great. Food is hit or miss but usually edible. The arcade games part has gotten a little better. But they tend to either be broken or glitching with the cards. The kiddo loves the place so we keep going back.

I use to love this place but it is going down hill. The last few years haven't been kind to this place. It gets more expensive but everything else gets cheap. Almost every single table was dirty, needing bussed. The salad bar was terrible needed swapped out, and refilled and almost every pizza out on the bar for almost two hours was pepperoni and sausage. Most of the dessert was underdone it was busy but not super busy and they couldn't keep up with pizzas it wasnt a good visit this time.
I usually love going to Cici's but today the girl who was working the register was so rude she had a major attitude when she was asked to do her job and put more items in the salad bar rolled her eyes and scoffed at my father who was being polite and the place was dirty every table had left over food dishes and whatever else on all of them it was disgusting
