Coljacs has always been a special place for just me and my daughter to go. But after today sadly... I will not be back. My BLT was repulsive. The bacon was raw...floppy and had a green tinge to it. Looked like it was cooked just long enough to start to change colors. And either they didn't drain it or poured some kind of oil on the sandwich because the whole thing was covered with some type of oil. And then they put it in a panini maker for some strange reason. So it had burnt hard lines across it... Which is weird in itself. Because it's not that kind of sandwich. Just nasty... No thank you. Very sad day for me and my daughter... This is not designed to hurt the business... It's just to honestly tell my story... Normally I am in love with this place... I'm sorry this happened.

The Guy who works on Sunday morning especially on 7/6/2025 Was very unprofessional. Two people standing in line, didnât care to take the order or acknowledge the customers but took an order on phone when somebody called in cafe in front of customers. They behaved like we didnât ment anything to them. I walked away, another person on line also walked away behind me.

Passing by Farmington. in returning from a camping trip, decided to look for
local eatery⊠ColJacs did not disappoint. Great lunch menu, friendly atmosphere and staff, great experience. The pizza was delicious! We will definitely stop again when in area!!
