Great cauliflower crust pizza, and I don't like vegetables. I had it by accident once and loved it. Wonderful people and service as well. Much better scones than Panera or Starbucks, too.

I have went and ordered the same item 3 times and all 3 times it has tasted different, vanilla cold brew with oat milk and cold foam, this most recent time I watched all 3 workers sniff the whipping cream to see if it was bad and they sat there debating on it for about a minute then decided to use it. Just for my drink to taste like straight black coffee, I even added extra syrup this time just in case but nope. Not to mention last time I was in there buying THREE coffees they decide to kick my sister out because she was holding a drink from somewhere else. This place has went downhill and it’s sad

Coljac used to be my daily breakfast and coffee spot when I worked in Farmington. I don't get to stop as often now but always try to when I'm in town! Great food, fantastic coffee and the service is unmatched- that hasn't changed in the years I've been stopping in.

sat in the parking lot when they closed for 10 minutes and the owners called the damn cops on me because they thought i was “doing drugs” in their parking lot. for 10 minutes. yeah let me pull over and do heroin in the middle of town. y’all are actually insane, this on top of things my friend that used to work there told me about you people. never going in there again.

So we used to be regulars here 2 and a half years ago and the food was amazing the sandwiches had nice thick cut meat and the pizzas were great as well as the coffee and we recently came back to town to find its become over priced while also cutting corners with thin sliced bulk lunch meat for sandwiches and the pizzas are now pliable rubber in texture while having little flavor their salads are wilted and poor flavor.
One day I go in there and the coffee is great. Went there the next and got the same thing and tasted disgusting. Not consistent at all.
I ordered pizza from coljacs. The pizza was bad at best. I might as well of cooked frozen pizza at home.
