Never had a bad Memphis Chicken PIZZA, and this location is no exception. Been here a few times, dine-in and takeout. Domino’s is not very geared toward dine-in anymore, but the arrangements are sufficient, and my friend and I had a great time.

Ordered a pizza pretty late since I get off at 11pm. We ordered light sauce and they without a doubt put as much sauce as they possibly could out of spite. I get that it was late but we wasted our money at this point. Didn’t even give us a receipt either.

Spoke with “Manager” Andrew about my order being delivered to the wrong place. I attempted to explain my delivery instructions. He stated, “once it’s there, it’s not our responsibility.” I also explained that the delivery was on the other side of the hospital. He didn’t care and would not convey to his drivers to adhere to the delivery instructions. I order from there frequently and the quality of the food has consistently declined. This will be my last order.

ordered for delivery and over an hour later still not put in oven, called for assistance and was told they wouldn't make it right or fix the issue the only thing they would do is cancel the order. if you're trying to get food fast, go elsewhere the tracking for this location is a joke and the manager told me it wasn't even accurate, the tracker showed when placing order 20-36 minutes total, so to wait over an hour for my food to even be put in the oven is insane.

Ordered 2 pizzas took forever to show up. When it did show up the pizza was not all the way cook and was not good at all.
We have been enjoying imos for years. Last night we had the worse pizza ever. We had the delux and sausage pepper. They were both tasteless. Not many ingredients or cheese. Sort of soggy. Very disappointed 😞

Just can't seem to get the orders correct anymore. Have called and complained. Suspect online orders are in a foreign language, or they can't read english at a 6th grade level. Going to wait for current staff to cycle out before ordering again.

Twice now I have placed an order thru the app and not received anything. Tonight, Saturday December 7th around 1600 I placed an order for a medium pizza and some chicken. The app told me it was ready so I went in. Cashier said 5 more minutes and motioned to a TV screen with current and upcoming orders. Mine was in "quality check" status. A couple minutes later my name disappeared from the TV. I returned to the counter, but my order was still.not ready. They are clicking the buttons to get their times down, but not putting the orders out. After 35 minutes I had to go back to work. Hungry. Again. Seriously will someone please bring me something to eat? I didn't have breakfast and I was really looking forward to a pizza and chicken all to myself.
I really hope the store manger gets a untreatable tumor in his eye.
Dominoes has a driver..who's delivery skills and thoughtfulness...are just outstanding..will order again..good food..good prices..great delivery..thanks karah..you're just awesome

Please standardize the amount of sauce you put on the pizzas. Today’s was a little light on sauce. And I’ld say over the last year plus the amount of sauce put on pizzas s has varied from order to order. Almost always excellent and friendly service at the pickup window though.
