Waited a hour for them to tell us they forgot to put our order in.

We had breakfast there. It was just okay. Service really wasn't that good. We had to keep asking over and over again for things that we ordered. Could have been cleaner also.

Services felt very hostile and rushed even though we were the only table in there. the place was empty when we arrived and the employees were outside hanging out when we went in the building it was completely void of people and had to wait for the employees to come from the parking lot. Once we sat down felt like the server was in a rush to get it done with. While we were still eating only half way done with our food the server came up with our bills and said it was time to go even though it was only between 6-7 and they don't close till 10pm. We felt very unwelcome and treated as a burden.

The food was ok but I've had better from them before.

My husband & I got the specials, & was charged full price, the food was cold, & the servers were yelling back & forth. It was on a Monday morning. Won’t be back.

20 minutes to order and 30 more minutes for food to arrive and the server got snappy with me because I was upset that 2 guys came in 10 minutes after us and were leaving after eating while our food hadn’t made it to the table. This place needs some serious staffing. I would think the owners or whomever profits from this restaurant would want staffing. I don’t know how much money they lost from the many people that just walked out. Saturday morning June 21st.

Had to pay over $16.00 for a $3.99 breakfast plus $1. egg surcharge, a waffle and a cup of coffee. Didn't eat the eggs because they were not over medium. Our waitress cooked our meal. No other workers insight.

The waitress was friendly, minutes after our food arrived, a cockroach came running towards my plate. I smashed it with a napkin and while waiting for her to finish checking out another customer, another one ran behind the seat of my friend that was against a wall. We left without finishing the food and the waitress said they'd sprayed Friday and they were coming back. She also said she called her boss and that her boss came in and told her to give us a discount. Oddly, she pulled out her personal wallet to make change, not the cash register and upon checking the receipt, there was no discount...

We were there 10 minutes and were totally ignored by the staff. We left without having an order taken. We went to the Factory Diner 2.

UPDATE
much better service today.

First time eating at Huddle House, and it's my new favorite place to dine. Everything from the food to the service was exceptional. I highly recommend the MVP breakfast meal.

I've ordered 3 times from this restaurant. Every time I get the same thing: a Philly cheesecake omlette platter with Texas toast and hahbrowns. Every time my Texas toast isn't done, my hasbrowns are soggy, and my omlette tastes stale. I then called just a few moments ago to try and get these issues fixed. I was told to hold, and then the worker goes on to carry on a casual conversation with her coworker talking about the "rain and her leg", while I'm on the phone trying to get her attention. Awful food, awful service. Close this location down if this is how you treat customers.
