Absolutely horrible place. We waited almost 15 minutes in the parking lot for the woman to bring out our drive through order, which was just 2 sandwiches and 2 kids meals. And there was NO OTHER CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. Everything we got was cold. She came running out to our vehicle saying "sorry we had to make fresh fries" which was a blatant lie, the fries were room temp, soggy, and chewy. To add on, the kids food we ordered was $2.29 each on the menu board, and we were charged over $4 each. I have no idea what they were doing in there, because it was most CERTAINLY not making fresh food. We will NOT be back to this location and will also be telling others to stay away. Do not waste your money here. š¤¢

late night service was so so kind. but the jr chicken sandwich has been consistently hard & freezer burned this year so i wont be buying my favorite sandwich anymore, as the past 3 times ive purchased it it has been inedible. as in i couldnt bite through it.
your patty really needs a quality upgrade & no that doesnt mean make it spicy or pepper rich which most people hate.
also, youre tacos being 99c in app only is entirely unfair, but $2 per 2 tacos is ridiculous for the pre frozen quality. they arent even real meat after all. i shouldnt be paying beef prices for vegan type tacos.
youre jumbo jack is also extremely expensive & your lettuce is always wilted.

Went to Jack-in-the-Box last night Got two loaded tiny tacos, one medium french fry, two medium Fanta. The fries and canāt was delicious but whenever I seen the tiny tacos, they didnāt have anything on them so I called and I spoke with Daphne āmanagerāshe stated that she was going to put me on the list for me to get A replacement for my tiny tacos I then went back the next day and was told that even with the receipt I was not able to get my replacement for my tiny tacos. After I was told that I was being put on a list to be able to replace my tacos and to say Daphne did it. The people that were on shift tonight were very rude. I asked for their managers name. They told me that they didnāt have to tell me their managers name and will not be going back. I just wanted some good ole LOADED tiny tacos

so I had not been to a Jack in the box in 10 to 20 years and thought I would try it again. once again it has disappointed. quality was low enough that it makes Taco Bell seem like gourmet food. this particular store was filthy... food all over countertops and tables, spilled food and soda on the floors and several flies buzzing about... just not a feeling of cleanliness.. food took several minutes to come out and yet came out with most of it cold and part of my order was wrong. they were polite enough to correct it but sadly the quality of the sandwiches was just subpar. can't say I will ever be returning.
