Food was fine but we ordered ranch at the window and as always it wasn’t in the bag. So we had to ask for it at the window. Then the young guy checking us out starts being rude saying “you’re fine this time but next time you have to ask at the window because I’m supposed to charge you for it. This place is about to shut down and we’re $1,000 over in sauce”. I get it being stressed out but if he would’ve just put the sauce in the bag to begin with there wouldn’t have been an issue.

I don't know what is going on, on the night shift but everything I get food from them, it's old and nasty not worth even eating it. I spent over 20 dollars may 2nd at around 10:30 and wasn't able to even eat my food. I'm so disappointed

Jesse at jack in the box was amazing the food was on point and wanted to say thank you very polite
the service is absolutely terrible, a bald guy slammed are food on the counter because we asked for sauce. And then he gave us a terrible attitude for asking for a drink carrier. He turned red.. we know he was angry. Please get better staff.

Terrible customer service. Food is ALWAYS fried in dirty grease. You can't taste anything but the nasty grease. Went Back again 4/2025. 4 years later and it was still terrible. Incorrect order 3 times in a row. Food is Always cold, undercooked, and the 3, 16 year kids working don't have a clue. Do better Jack in the box.
