This place is SAD. I walked in 6:45 pm and there was nothing worth while on the buffet. The purpose is to get in eat and get out not have to complain that there’s no food on the buffet then wait for them to start cooking after the third complaint. Choice of food is meh! I will not be making this mistake again. Avoid . 4 star lies!

Rudest waitress I've ever had in my life and I'm 50+. Didn't want to give us a booth. Threw a fit like a child the whole time we were there. Ranting in Spanish, and laughing and staring. She actually sat down behind me and started kicking my seat. She wanted us to know she was mad. Just miscommunication, because she didn't speak English at all. I'm still upset. My family eats here often, it's one of our regulars. After today, we will never eat here again.

Don’t ever take Autistic children to the Jade Buffet because they treat Autism totally different and moves away so they touch the employees because I don’t understand Autism and they stop customers around an autistic children and they act they are scared and when they don’t they charge. I wasn’t finished and the snobby waitress took my drink and my grandson drink who is autistic and we weren’t finished, very disrespectful towards handicapped children The variety isnt very good. The food was nasty and cold I found a hair in my food. Table was dirty the salt and pepper shakes had dried on food on them. The waitress acted like she didn't care what we said about the food she also tested the food with her to get as she walked away from our table. Very discussing I will never return and the Manager was very very rude

All the sauce bottles seem to be watered down. There was more American dishes than Chinese, and all most everything was deepfried. Felt VREY rushed when I was brought the check after one plate. Had a stack of plates sitting at the end of the table until we left because none of the staff bothered to check on us. The only this that was decent was the sushi rolls.

They have a large selection. I was not impressed with most of the food. The Honey chicken and General tso was very tough and chewy.

First time here, found hair in my food all they did was laugh at us and knock off 15 percent I highly recommend if you want Chinese go to Yummys in Cape Girardeau.
