We've given this place a few chances. The last time was the final straw for us. The food is actually OKAY when they keep it stocked. What was horrible every time is the waitress. Sooooo rude. Spilled a drink at the table next to us as she cleared it from the last customers and it got me wet. Didn't apologize, didn't care, but was completely aware; especially after I asked her for napkins to wipe off. Didn't refill our drinks. Had to ask the owner gal. The waitress kept coming by sweeping the floor around us which is so rude when people are eating. We left as soon as possible which was prob her goal ... As we paid at the front desk we did let the owner know how rude the waitress is. She didn't say much and was very quiet and awkward. Acted like she couldn't understand us. Maybe she's afraid of her...lol? I don't know, but I'd be hiring a new waitress asap if I wanted to stay in business.

The waitress came up and took plates I was still eating off of. Charged me extra for a drink we didn’t have. Was not friendly when I confronted her about the drink charges. Very rude.

I went here with my friend. The People were treating me strange as soon as I walked in . I felt uncomfortable. Like they were watching me. Like I felt them talking about secret. My phone went crazy inside this building. Jumping around my phone screen. Then my phone went black and froze.. every worker in the building was rushing around like something was happening to them . I dont know what is going on in this building. They are hidding something. I made them too very nervous. I ran out side the building and walked in the further parking lot. Suddenly my cell phone started working. It came back on showing me my phone screen. I never want to return. I was scared. But the food was great

My sister, my niece, great nephew and I, were coming back from St Louis and stopped at Jade Buffet in Farmington, MO. What we witnessed was something that if the state board of health would have shut them down. One of the employees (gray haired lady) was picking up food that customers dropped on the ledge of buffet tables and was placing it back in the dish they came from. People touch that bar and even children touch it. The food was nasty and mad us all sick. This was our experience there so please think before you go there.
The food is subpar I have had much better it wasn't very good really I don't believe they know what general chicken is it was labeled general chicken but it was orange chicken it just wasn't very good any of it really the soup was lukewarm and not the best I've ever had

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday and we came here with our family and we didn’t even hardly eat. I was so disappointed we spent almost 50$ to leave hungry, the food was visibly old and after my first plate I was grossed out. Sushi should always be kept at a cool temperature and hot food should never be left on a buffet for hours to the point it’s been recooked and so hard you can barely eat it.this place used to have some good food but it has steadily went down hill over the years. You can tell when the people making your food put effort and energy into it and this place has no love in their food. Maybe you guys can turn it around but after this my family won’t be back. I hate to complain I really do but I don’t want anyone else to go here on their birthday especially, and leave feeling like they just got scammed out of a decent dinner they could of had somewhere else that cares about the food they serve people.
