Greatest Jimmy John experience ever. We needed a fresh place to eat on our road trip and decided JJ's was the best bet. As soon as we walked in we were kindly greeted. Our food was incredibly delicious. I got the unwhich which could be hit or miss but this was a big HIT- perfectly made. When we forgot to grab napkins, they noticed, and brought them right over without us even asking. All around a friendly and positive experience. We will definitely be back on the return trip. Ryan Trahan should come and check this one out. He won't be disappointed!
Dietary restrictions: For someone who can't have gluten, the lettuce wrap is a great, filling alternative.

Visited the new Jimmy John's at 1251 Maple Street, Missouri. The food was great as always, but the service was disappointingly slow. Despite the restaurant being empty, it took a long time to get our sandwiches. PROTIP: additional parking to the left as you enter.

Went to Jimmy John's in Farmington Missouri. Stood and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order. 5 employees were working. One girl said hi when we walked in. No one said we will be right with you or anything. Waited until we decided to just leave. Was our first time eating there and we will not be going

We have never had such a negative experience as we have had at the Farmington Jimmy John’s. We have always ordered peppers on the side (for those who do not care for it or those who are allergic), and it has been no problem at all. We have been to JJ in Missouri, NY, TX, and all across the US. Never an argument. On two different dates, the JJ in Farmington has legitimately argued with us that it cannot be done despite them having condiment cups visible. Today, the manager actually yelled at my husband in argument against it. We are always willing to pay for them, we don’t expect them for free! It was such an ordeal that we left without our sandwiches. What a disappointment for one of our favorite family establishments. We will not return to this location if this kind of customer service is allowed.
