Why does the manager say “you can’t order a 12 piece ‘all dark meat’”?! Every other chicken place offers the choice, why not the Farmington KFC? Because they care more about their own convenience than serving the customer.
Pathetic. Ownership is sure to lose business.
Every time I come through the drive thru they never answer the machine, or they do and then after I order they never say anything else. Claim they close early every night? Weird.
