My family loves this place. We come here almost every week around opening time. The staff is very friendly and food great. The manager also recognized that we are regulars and let us try the new pie bites. Definitely recommend KFC in Farmington!

I went to KFC in Farmington, Mo. Couldn’t hardly hear at the intercom, but finally got an order in. The lady at the window was very nice. When I got my order I left and went home. The mashed potatoes was good. The biscuit was dry. The chicken was awful. It was really dry and very tough. Like it had been sitting for more than one day. This restaurant used to be amazing and the food was always great. I don’t know what has happened to it.

Worst KFC ever. Took forever to answer the speaker. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a fan favorite box and got an 8 piece bucket. No biscuits because they let them burn, then they very grudgingly gave a substitution for them. I will not go back to this KFC.

My favorite Hen House for sure 😗. Hot and juicy good is always the standard her! Sometimes the wait can be sooo annoying, but then I bite into anything they have and all is forgiven, mostly 🙃

This was the worst place I’ve ever eaten from, I’ve never had such an awful experience. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries and man, it was AWFUL. the fries were literally OVERCOOKED TO THE POINT OF TEETH BREAKING, and the sandwich… man, it was awful, I don’t know how the chicken in the sandwich tasted awful and was literally gray. 😭😭😭 they also forgot my drink. So yeah don’t go here.

Some of the worst food I’ve had in Farmington. Sweet tea was so bad you couldn’t drink it, Chicken was nasty and slimy/greasy, Biscuit was good but you don’t get butter or honey anymore, Potato ok, And what happened to the slaw, no slaw anymore? I will drive to Cape for Poppies any day before I will ever eat hear again.

We stopped tonight around 8:10 pm. We waited forever as the speaker was broken and we had to pull up to the window to order. The young lady at the window was incredibly rude. We asked for 2 famous bowls and some biscuits. She said they were out of biscuits and then complained she would have to make potatoes for our famous bowls. She was more concerned with checking her phone than waiting on us. We left without getting anything.

I went in to get my family their meals and the manager was in the back yelling at all the employees I’m not sure of her name but she was yelling at them all and that’s just not a good environment for people to be eating at there was customers sitting in the dining room and she was just yelling.
They have stepped up their game! Food is very good.

Just moved into the area and took a chance on this KFC kinda later into the evening. The drive thru staff seemed very off put to even have customers and dismissed us throughout us trying to order. Food was cold and super hard to chew, it was a disappointment and we ended up getting different food later. Only good thing about it was it was only 23$ for two meals together. Had to feed the fries to the dog and even she gagged 😂.

The food was ok. The building is old and in desperate need of TLC. I'm glad to see the buffet is open again; however, no Senior discount and All children under the age of 10 pay. I still believe toddlers under the age of 5 should be free with a paid adult buffet. It was ok. I probably won't go out of my way to return soon.
