Slow to receive our order when dining in. Went up to check on it. Sitting on kitchen counter i asked do you bring the food to us ? They said yes. No other person was in the restaurant. I said there my order yeah I know he said waiting on crab cake. Well our food was cold.

I used thier online app to order ahead. I was delayed, and arrived 15 min after my food was supposed to be ready. They were out of what I ordered, but didn't tell me when I checked in. 10 min in line later, I was told. So I took a simple Fries as a substitution. 10 min later I pulled away and realized, they STILL screwed my order up. 20 min wait for online order and still the wrong food. Won't be going back.

Stopped here on way back home to AR on 11-15-24,Fish was way to greasy and the chicken could be bounced off the floor, like Rubber Mens bathroom was nasty,toilet was full of you know what, probably hadn't been cleaned all day . Should have checked the condition of the bathroom first, then I wouldn't have bothered to order here.

I just want to say I was spending time with family while I was in the area well I decided to bring my 14 year old son some dinner from longjhon silver's and when I brought it to my son he ate a few pieces of chicken not thinking anything of it and he says to me this chicken is really chewy so after he said that I went looked at his food and his chicken was raw pink in the middle and now he's throwing up his dinner I went to call and there store number is not an operating number I will never come back again and I hope they'll clean up there act for someone else's children's sake

Not even sure where to start. The food was not worth the $30 I paid for it. The waffle fries were not edible, they were old and re- cooked. The fish was cold for as lo g as it took us to get out food. We were the only ones there. Only in town for 1 night so don't have to worry about me returning.

I ordered 34$ worth of food, after waiting 37 minutes for Ouf food it was very cold, the side of green beans was about a table spoon , the shrimp were soggy, chicken extremely cold and rubbery and the fish was nasty undercooked with raw slimy center! This is not the first time We have received such horrible food from this store. Workers all on their phone on the frontline. I will never return and will be making a formal complaint to Corporate and General Management… 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Absolutely Horrible Experience
Went in and took a but for us to pick out what we wanted to eat and the employees waited there patiently and didn’t get aggravated when we ordered. Got the food pretty fast. And the cooks reed and Jason were very friendly and gave a good scoop of my favorite coleslaw.

Horrible experience. Had to wait 25 minutes for our food!!! Unacceptable. Acted like it was no big deal that we just sat in their drive-through while they stared at us for 30 minutes. We even honked to get their attention to see how much longer because we had to go and they just ignored us.

Horrible experience. Paid $40. They were out of all but 4 sodas. They had NO ketchup. They had no cheese curds. Makes me not want to come back. Super upset. And the cherry on top our weight was 25 minutes. We had two combos and a kids meal. Nobody said anything they just stared at us while we waited.

Only reason for 4 stars is they put my malt vinegar sauce in a bowl which is difficult when going thru the drive thru to eat in a car. But , the chicken was delicious and of course the A&W root beer was top notch!
