Twice we came here for lunch specifically for spuds and they didn’t have any spuds ready, both times I was told it would be 20-30 minutes wait. Also I ordered a chicken avacado salad and it had NO avacado on it. While sitting at the table I overheard the same girl who took my order tell a customer they are out of avacado however she failed to tell me that when I placed my order.

They have good food and a friendly staff. I'm a big fan of the Ultimate Nachos and their sandwiches. The desserts are really good too!!

The restaurant itself stays maintained well. The food selection is great. However,the last two times I’ve gotten salad the lettuce has been bad. This is my only complaint. I have chosen to go with other options other than the salad due to its color and how soggy it is. We love the mac n cheese. The sweet tea is good too.

I try to do my job as a Dasher and deliver food, it is very difficult here because they are not only very rude, but also like to laugh and gossip about their customers. I seen my order waiting on a shelf 5 minutes after I got there with an empty lobby, and still couldn't get anyone to hand it to me for about 30 minutes. I had to get them blocked from me getting orders from them, that's how bad this place is, we're all human so why be so rude and hateful... Needs better management, or at least staff that cares a little... Don't recommend at all, unfortunately

Ordered chicken salad crousannnt- hardly anything on it. Then you have to listen to some loud obnoxious music. Totally not appropriate music for dining in. Very disappointed
The food is phenomenal. I’ve had so many sandwiches from there. Have different variety ain’t never had one that was bad every last one of them stupid fire…. And the broccoli cheddar soup is straight to die for… Honestly, ain’t none of it have no business being that good… Hands-down, amazing not to mention great employees. The service is amazing too…. Honestly, businesses around here could learn a thing or two from an establishment like this… It’s hard to find a place with good food and good service… My hats off to all the staff… Especially them cooks boy do they know how to cook…. Matter of fact, I’m going to get a sandwich right now with some broccoli cheddar soup… #Amazing

I would like to say that i’ve loved coming to Mcalister’s ever since they opened. I have never had a problem with their service or food, however, tonight’s experience definitely changed my perspective a bit. it had been a few months since I have ate here so there were some employees that I have not seen before. This female employee was walking around the store yelling and even arguing with her fellow co workers before my interaction with her. I placed my order and I went to walk to a table to sit down and the female started shouting telling me I couldn’t sit in this specific section because she was going to mop. I seen there were other people sitting in the section so it threw me off guard so I turned and walked around the section so I could sit at a table out of her way. She then started shouting out that I ignored her and didn’t listen to her. She threw her mop down and proceeded to yell at the front of the store and to another worker that I along with other customers were in the way. I found this disrespectful and I was very disappointed in the rest of the staff allowing her behavior to continue. The environment here is usually friendly and very welcoming. That’s what I loved most about this place and I’m sad to see that the atmosphere died. As if that whole situation wasn’t ridiculous, when she brought our food she threw the plates on the table spilling my girlfriends soup all over her plate. To say this women’s behavior was disgusting would be an under statement. I hope a manager can address this with her to prevent it from happening with any other customers. The female was white, skinny with red hair and wore black square glasses I couldn’t catch her name due to her not wearing a name tag.
