I made an online order. Picked up food and headed home, 20 minutes. I realized when at home there was no chili cheese for the ultimate nachos. Called they told me I could drive 20 minutes up there to get one. Yea ok 20 minutes there 20 minutes home. No thanks. Said I could put my name down and u could get the chili next time I was in town. What good is the chili days later

Ordered delivery to my workplace…my chicken ceasar wrap had hardly any lettuce or dressing in it. My wrap was hard as a rock so you could tell it had been sitting out all day. And my tea was 95% water and 5% tea.

I went and picked my food up and part of my order wasn't even with it. I noticed that when I got back to my job and couldn't go back to deal with anything cause i hadnto gonto work. My tator was overcooked with a burnt taste which ruined it. My wrap was stale and hard, I had to take it off and eat what was inside. The pickle was almost completely dry and looked old. I can't even tell how my broccoli was because it was not in there. Definitely will not go back and I regret wasting my money.

He never I go home to Poplar Bluff , I always eat at McAllisters and was excited to hear one was opening here but am disappointed that the food was just so so and the service is bad I would rather go to Paneras. Each time I asked specifically for unsweetened tea and got the sweet!

My girlfriend placed an order and we had gotten the king club, wanted no spring mix, they put spring mix on it still. Went back in and told the woman in front what was wrong with it. I wait about 4-6 mins waiting again. They didn't remake the mess up. Instead they picked off the spring mix and flipped the sandwich over like nothing happened. Won't be eating there anymore. Tasted like a lot of fingers were over it. If they did it with gloves. I hope the glove didn't break, lost my appetite.
