I ordered my food on the app, it took me about 5 minutes to get to McDonald's. When I got to the first window, the cashier was really friendly and she was courteous. I got to the second window, and the boy was really friendly, and he was very courteous, and this is where it fell apart. He asked me to pull into parking number one. I waited there over 30 minutes for my food. When my food was finally brought out to me it was cold as ice. I just didn't eat it. I didn't have time to go back and turn it in. Yes I think about it it was the $5 meal.

In recent years, I’ve noticed a decline in standards at many McDonald’s locations. These restaurants were once vibrant, family-friendly spaces designed with children in mind, but now they feel more suited to a minimalist, uninspired aesthetic.
At this particular location, service is consistently slow, cleanliness appears to be an ongoing issue, and our orders are frequently incorrect. Attention to detail, such as following simple requests like “no onions,” seems to be lacking. Improved efficiency and adherence to customer preferences would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Sorry, but I’m absolutely pissed off. Every time I get a frappe, you guys mess it up!! How!! It’s not that hard!! Just make the damn frappe! I used to work there, I know how easy it is, stop shorting me on my coffee. When I ask for a large, I want a large, not a medium in a large cup. IF I WANTED A MEDIUM, I WOULDN’T HAVE PAID FOR A LARGE!! This has happened multiple times, at first I gave ya’ll the benefit of the doubt but cmon now. Fix yourselves. Also, if someone adds something to their damn coffee, add it!! Don’t act like you didn’t see it! I paid extra money for some dang choco drizzle(MULTIPLE TIMES), and I never get it. Let me have it by god!!!!

I went inside and tried to use the app I tried to use the kiosk. I couldn't get it to work and I pushed the button that said assistance. And nobody came I am rating them with a one star because the building was warm

This is a good location. They just don't tell you why you have to wait fifteen minutes for a happy meal. It would be better if they explained why you have to wait.

Not good place they rip off on orderers so keep your food before you leave
Ordered in the app for curbside pickup, when I arrived it appeard my order had been closed out. I went inside to try and receive my order and was told to go through the drive through. Apparently they were too busy to help fulfill an already placed and paid for order. I was then told in order to get a refundxl, for the food that was clearly not coming at this point, that I would need to contact customer support. Wasted my entire lunch break to be told I wasn't getting my food or my money back.

Right after going to McDonald’s in Farmington I received a fraud alert from my bank. I’m pretty sure an employee used my card to make a purchase. Happened 10min after I left use cash to be safe.
