We came here for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door. The cashier was so nice and super friendly! I order the Broccoli Cheddar soup w/ half ciabatta cheesesteak. I’ve had the soup before and it was delicious as always. I’ve never had the cheesesteak before but it was good! Everything was so filling. A cozy little spot for a nice lunch.

I go and get a mobile I placed and got home and realized my salad didn’t have chicken in it like it was suppose to. I expected to just go back and grab a side of chicken, but Ally, the new boss surpassed all expectations. She remade my entire order and also gave me my side of chicken for the original salad that was missing the chicken and even gave me a pack of scones on the house, she did another very kind gesture as well. She also wrote a note apologizing. I always love Panera’s food and love this location even more with such an attentive boss to the customers and I’m sure the employees as well. The employees were very cheerful and kind. Ally is doing an awesome job running this Panera!

Do better, this is the second review on a different order(looks like you got the first one removed). When I order any kind of dinner BLT in a full sandwich, it should have more than 2 pieces of bacon when that is the only protein on the sandwich and it is 10 dollars. Then am told you ran out of bread, do better. Then takes 30 minutes to cook 2 pieces of bacon...do better...

Special meeting place! Great food! Convenient location! Great staff! Panera Bread is fortunate to have Michelle representing their company! She is joyful and enthusiastic and makes every customer feel special! With that attitude she has welcomed people to Panera and we all look forward to having our picture taken with her in Farmington!

There are so many options at Panera, but I really think that nothing beats their grilled cheese. It may seem basic, but it has thick delicious bread and a lot of melted american cheese. The chips go with the sandwich perfectly and it is overall a great meal. It is a little pricey for a sandwich, but it is a large portion. The restaurant itself is large and has a comforting feel. It is the perfect place to focus and get some work done while eating lunch. It is also not loud and has good lighting. You can either order from the cashier or from the electric set up. They call you when your food is ready which is usually pretty quick. It is a good place to sit down and chat with friends or even just relax. I like Panera a lot and it is always a great option.
I've been waiting half an hour in the drivethrough for an egg sandwich...

Special spicy chicken and beef dipper, food was fast to put together presented well, taste was great, flavor, so tender it melted in your mouth, great cheese and dipping sauce you want to drink straight up. Staff smiling was very friendly and helpful. Will be back soon for another as long as they serve them. Best tasting g sandwiches in town. Keep it up real improvement from previous visit. Great job.

Everytime it takes 30 mins or more with no one else in line and the food is still sloppily made. For only half a sandwich, really? Do not go unless you have 45 mins to an hour to spend waiting.
