We came here for lunch. As soon as we walked in we were greeted at the door. The cashier was so nice and super friendly! I order the Broccoli Cheddar soup w/ half ciabatta cheesesteak. I’ve had the soup before and it was delicious as always. I’ve never had the cheesesteak before but it was good! Everything was so filling. A cozy little spot for a nice lunch.

I go and get a mobile I placed and got home and realized my salad didn’t have chicken in it like it was suppose to. I expected to just go back and grab a side of chicken, but Ally, the new boss surpassed all expectations. She remade my entire order and also gave me my side of chicken for the original salad that was missing the chicken and even gave me a pack of scones on the house, she did another very kind gesture as well. Special meeting place! Great food! Convenient location! Great staff! Panera Bread is fortunate to have Michelle representing their company! She is joyful and enthusiastic and makes every customer feel special! With that attitude she has welcomed people to Panera and we all look forward to having our picture taken with her in Farmington!
