Pizza Hut in Farmington has hands down the BEST traditional bone-in chicken wings in town and its not even close. Over BWW and CERTAINLY over Dominos. If you like wings you MUST give them a try! Their extra hot buffalo wings are addicting, cooked superbly, and MEATY!

Their service wasn’t great at all. I sat at a table and waited for my 2 pizzas with a personal pan, for almost 35 minutes, cashier told me 15 to 20. The table that had been dined in at was filthy dirty for the whole time I was here. All employees including manager was back in the office (talking). The female that was working from what I could see was doing her job but I have no idea.

Food was fantastic but the table service was lacking. Refills didn’t happen and we had to go to the counter because of some missing food.

Ordered Chicken and Pizza when it arrived I found a half eaten box of chicken. I called the store and explained someone had taken chicken out of the box. The lady on the phone tired to argue with me and explain how the chicken comes and I reiterated that I have ordered the chicken many times and there was a problem with the chicken. Pieces missing and stains on the paper and box where it had been showing it had been eaten on the way to my house. She continued to try and argue it away instead of handling the situation. Finally after must resistance she said she would replace the order. The way she handled it was very disrespectful, she needs to be retrained or find another job where she does not talk to people because obviously she cannot handle it. Also the delivery driver should be reprimanded for his or her actions for taking the food out of the delivery. They knew they had done wrong because when the replacement came they wouldn't even knock on the door. Dominos I have worked in customer service for years and this is not how you handle business. I would never have people like that working for me in a small town. Do better The one shows without and one shows the replacement.

Visited on a weekday the place was empty. We placed our order online and arrived to pick it up the girl who was putting orders together who was the Manager did not acknowledge our presence after about 10-15 minutes old standing there I asked if I could checkout sometime this evening and after she rudely said I'm putting the order together and me saying you haven't asked the name and I told her she quickly retracted her attitude and began to apologize.
