Their service wasn’t great at all. I sat at a table and waited for my 2 pizzas with a personal pan, for almost 35 minutes, cashier told me 15 to 20. The table that had been dined in at was filthy dirty for the whole time I was here. All employees including manager was back in the office (talking). The female that was working from what I could see was doing her job but I have no idea.

Food was fantastic but the table service was lacking. Refills didn’t happen and we had to go to the counter because of some missing food.

Ordered Chicken and Pizza when it arrived I found a half eaten box of chicken. I called the store and explained someone had taken chicken out of the box. The lady on the phone tired to argue with me and explain how the chicken comes and I reiterated that I have ordered the chicken many times and there was a problem with the chicken. Pieces missing and stains on the paper and box where it had been showing it had been eaten on the way to my house. She continued to try and argue it away instead of handling the situation. Finally after must resistance she said she would replace the order. The way she handled it was very disrespectful, she needs to be retrained or find another job where she does not talk to people because obviously she cannot handle it. Also the delivery driver should be reprimanded for his or her actions for taking the food out of the delivery. They knew they had done wrong because when the replacement came they wouldn't even knock on the door. Dominos I have worked in customer service for years and this is not how you handle business. I would never have people like that working for me in a small town. Do better The one shows without and one shows the replacement.

Visited on a weekday the place was empty. We placed our order online and arrived to pick it up the girl who was putting orders together who was the Manager did not acknowledge our presence after about 10-15 minutes old standing there I asked if I could checkout sometime this evening and after she rudely said I'm putting the order together and me saying you haven't asked the name and I told her she quickly retracted her attitude and began to apologize.

Sorry to say, but the pizza had no taste, dry, not cheese taste or any of the toppings. Low on stock had to purchase the big bottle of soda because it didn't have any 12 oz or fountain drinks. Then, they didn't make the pizza per our order. They did offer to remake the pizza over or discount the miss made. At least, that was nice of them. The staff members we met were nice, friendly.and priced about average.

The food itself isn't terrible. However, the staff and wait is less than desirable. I went Tuesday night. The manager, Amanda & some other dude (not in a pizza hut shirt) just vanished while me & 3 others waited on our orders. Props to Morgan...he was doing EVERYTHING & checking people out.
I waited over 30 minutes AFTER I got the ready notification on my phone from my mobile order. Manager...do better.
Ordered online and was given the option to do curbside pick up, yet when I arrived at the location there was no curbside spots, no number to call, and no option on the app to alert employees that we were there.

Food was great, the employees- very friendly. But the atmosphere, well it looked closed from the outside, too dark of windows and no lights or signs saying it was open. Could have been brighter on the inside as well, but definitely clean.

Best Pizza Hut around great service and a retro style Pizza Hut that if they would maintain, would look straight out of the 00s! Deserves to have a restoration on all the original decor! the yellowing and decay to the place really makes the place just blend in with the buildings nearby so no one really goes there. Food was better then any other pizza place nearby. Place needs to be more strict on people lingering as well I see a lot of weirdos make scenes in there.
