Roach filled!! And the owner is very rude anytime you try to talk to him about anything. All I asked for was a simple lime to go with my take out order and he acted like that was too much to ask for and said they “have no limes”. OH AND ITS $2 FOR A REFILL OF SODA!

Worst experience in a restaurant ever. The cheese dip we ordered for an appetizer was so liquidy that it wouldn’t stick to the chips. It was pure water. I nicely appologized and said we didn’t want it. I then tried the salsa that we were given, and it left my tongue tingling because it had a fermented. We were then told he couldn’t make a spicy margarita, then came back saying they couldn’t make a poloma, so we settled on a patron margarita and our server then came back to tell us that it was going to be a $15 margarita which is fine. Until we got the margarita, there was no triple II in it and it tasted like watered down tequila no flavor horrible margarita. Had no time did the manager ever come over and apologize. In fact, he rolled his eyes to the server when the server was relaying messages. We politely said that we didn’t wanna order food that we just wanted to take care of the two margaritas and cheese dip that we did not eat or drink and at no time did we get an apology and we’re still charged $45 for two margaritas and cheese dip, and guacamole. The only thing that was OK was the guacamole. Worst manager, I’ve ever came in contact with. Don’t waste your time and that crappy restaurant!!!

The only reason I gave service two stars is because we had a nice waitress. Last night we went for dinner and I got a steak dish with shrimp. My steak tasted like soap, this is the only time I ever sent back my food (or wrote a negative review). Our waitress grabbed the manager and he acted like it was my fault because “no one else complained” and told me to pick something else, I felt like I was being scolded like a child. I wasn’t even asking for a refund or anything, I just wanted non-soapy dinner. The only reason we stayed is because I didn’t want to make a scene or force my husband not to eat when he was looking forward to dinner. Then we had to grab the manager again because they left my original meal on the bill. All in all, it was a bad experience and the tacos I got because I didn’t want to make a scene tasted gross.

Get take out from them regularly. Live 20 min outside of town, got 15 min into my drive home when they called to tell me they gave me wrong order & to “bring it back”. They took food back into kitchen (I’m assuming to give to the appropriate customer but maybe I’m wrong) & didn’t offer to accommodate me in anyway after spending over 40$ and driving 15 minutes BACK to store. Terrible customer service.

Service is fantastic, atmosphere is welcoming and food is ok.
We have spent most our lives in CA so authentic food is hard for us to find. Wish they had homemade tortillas 😞
Chz enchiladas are good and carnitas were properly cooked. We will chose another menu item upon return.
