Horrible drive through service! I have now been twice and the same grip has been there both times. Red hair and acne SHE HAS A HORRIBLE PERSONALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought the first time was just she was having a bad day. I came a week later and she had the same board attitude and rude Demeanor. When I got my drink, there was some red stuff floating in it so I asked for her to fix it and instead of fixing it, they dumped part of it out and put more ice in it, leaving me with not even a full cup. Now that seven brew has opened up, their line was empty. When I went back with her personality it will ruin this location as seven brew people are way kinder and better at their job. She should be retrained about how to talk to customers and how to handle customers, and if she cannot do it, she should not be working the window. It gives a very bad rap for the store. Each time I get my drink it’s almost always full of ice, which is very disappointing as I’ve gone to other Starbucks and not have had this issue.

I ordered a brownie,ice cofee vanillia,hot chocolate. The ice cofee didnt have enough vanillia and tasted like watered down coffee with no vanilla whats so ever. You couldnt tast chocolate in the hot chocolate. It was a major let down im going to have to stick with mcdonalds. There coffees are way better sorry I dont think I will ever come back.

Food EVERYWHERE. On the ground, all over the tables, they don’t clean!! It’s extremely messy, and they always take forever to take our orders. Also, there was flies in the case of food.

Love Starbucks! Busy busy but it's Starbucks so hey! I recommend anything they have just make sure you get a couple shots of espresso bc sometimes the caffeine is a little weak. Micha is the way togocha (yes a stretch I tried to ryhme)

I ordered a Matcha Lavender Oat milk latte, to be specific, but when i got my order the matcha was NOT mixed in and they had a shot if espresso. When we (my grandmother and i) confronted the man at the window, he replied back with an attitude about how lattes have espresso in them. Was he wrong? No. But upon returning home from my vacation in farmington, i asked multiple workers who confirmed ESPRESSO does NOT go into MATCHA LATTES! Went inside after and they were a bit busy so i wasnt too angry. Remade my drink quickly and the man making drinks on the inside was very polite.
