Went through the drive thru and it took 14 mins too get a small drink and a cake pop. They were playing with there hair and making there own drinks drinking them behind the counter, very unprofessional if you ask me.

The absolute slowest Starbucks we have been to and we have been all over the country. Insanely slow. We sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Don’t. Go.

Wanted one drink, not anything special or changed, and sat there for over 5 minutes in the drive thru only for someone to finally come back and pick up the drink we could see from the drive thru window that had been sitting there also for almost 5 minutes.
Super quick to take out payment, not quick to just HAND OVER THE DONE DRINK. It was more frustrating than if they took that time to make it, but we could SEE our drink. Not angry but very disappointed ☹️

Farmington Starbucks is wonderful. Very clean inside and out but what I enjoy most is their chai tea and peppermint hot chocolate. The egg bites are another go to for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.
Dietary restrictions: They offer many lactose free drinks

The coffe/food was normal for a Starbucks.
There are 4 employees here and they are super busy bees. We waited for around 7 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then when we were I tried to have brief "Good Morning" small talk with Jess I was completely shut down with we are short staffed. He kept tapping his fingers on the side of the register so aggressively it was distracting to even order our food/drinks, and I honestly just wanted to leave.
Could Jess have had a better attitude, yes, could management have more employees, also yes.
Who's in the wrong I'm not sure.

Don't order anything from here there'll just throw your stuff away and you have to reorder it place is ridiculous just sit in the drive through sitting at the window to get ignored if you hate your job so much quit
This was an awful experience! 3 of the 4 workers went on break at the same time!! Leaving one person to handle all inside orders and drive through. We waited literally 30 mins or more for our order!

A sweet cream nitro cold brew should be made exactly the same way as it was made every single time! It NEVER tastes the same. For the prices of it? Quality is lacking in that side of this location. !

The egg bites were hot and the drinks were good. The parking lot is not ideal. You can pull into the order pickup parking spot but guaranteed every time you come back out to your car to leave, the people in the drive-through will be behind you, blocking you in from leaving. And many times they’re so concerned about getting their coffee that they don’t let you out of the parking spot until you get out of your vehicle to explain to them that you’re trying to get out and ask that they not pull forward until you back out. Even then the parking lot is tight to maneuver when the drive-through is full. If you are picking up a mobile order, you are better off parking in the Jack-in-the-Box parking lot and walking over when they are busy. To add context, my fiancé drives a mini cooper. So it’s not like we are attempting this in a long bed dually truck.
Parking: Characters are limited here. See comment above.
