We arrived fairly late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised to find Steak 'n Shake still open. We were seated immediately
Our waitress was pleasant and brought out our drinks immediately after taking our order. The burger, grilled cheese & french fries were excellent. The onion rings were okay. The shake we received was vanilla instead of chocolate as ordered, but it was still decent. Food was good enough to visit again.

Me my fiancé and my buddy and his fiancé and our kids went here to catch up on things and have some food and when we got there the kiosk was confusing, on top of that when we ordered our food and the brought it out it was cold we ordered a grilled cheese and the cheese looked like it was just put on the bread and then put in the microwave the cheese isn’t even melted. One of us ordered a three piece tender and they were not tenders they were nuggets.

I sat in the drive thru for about 20 minutes. I ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries and 3 chicken tenders and it was OVER THIRTY DOLLARS! The order was wrong and the food was cold!!! The 3 chicken strips are the size of my pinky fingers!!! I am beyond aggravated!!! Poor quality and poor service! The girl in the drive thru acted as if she hated her job.
Well it used to be one of my favorite places, however in last time I went; it took more than 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. The guy greeting and seating people finally asked us what we wanted to drink..(he was not our server) and after that we still didn't have our server come to our table probably another 15 minutes. I watched our server and he went to tables that were sat after us.... Finally when he came to the table, he knew I was upset and angry but he had nothing but an attitude with no apologies for our wait. After that he still didn't even put our order in for 10 more minutes..... We ended up being there for almost hour and half just for a burger and a drink. He even put our order in wrong!!!!! Just so you know THEY WERENT BUSY AT ALL, I felt like he spent all his time talking to another table bc he probably thought the tip would be better! We tipped the door greeter and the awful service we had. They were both tipped! Won't EVER go back!

Did an order online and still waited over 20 minutes past the pick up time that was given. The female workers were arguing non stop where customers could hear them. Restaurant was really dirty, visible food under the tables and the hostess still seated multiple people to these areas without cleaning them first.

they were packed tonight so service was slow Someone of the staff kept asking if a waiter was ok in a very loud voice. It was very embarrassing to me and probably was to the waiter
