What a joke! Had a simple order of kids meal steak burger wrong. So goddaughter wouldn’t eat it. When I told them about it they said no problem, we’ll write down your name and phone number and get you a new one. When we went to order a new one-lo and behold-no record of any such conversation written in their books. Kylie the manager was so rude and dismissive. No such thing as customer satisfaction anymore. If Chip or Debbie were there, this conversation would have been more professional and pleasant. Definitely done with Steak ‘n Shake and that attitude. Especially since you’re the one that told us to come back and you’ll make it right! Very disappointed.

Had a great lunch at this steak and shake. Our waitress, Brandi was kind and very accommodating. The food was great. Beef tallow fried fries is a nice bonus.

Really hit the spot, like really hit it hard! The flavor of the burger was what steak and shake should always be. Toppings accurate and fresh, assembled with care for easy eating in the car. Fries seemed better than usual and no longer get weird n soggy. Bye bye cardboard fries 😂😂
This place has gone downhill terribly, terrible service, dirty tables, waiting 20 minutes for a table and then nobody's showing up to even take your order, that is the last time I think I'll ever be in this restaurant I have had better service at a truck stop compared to this place

I miss the old days. Where did professionalism go? Courtesy? Acknowledging customers? I can't rate the service here, as I didn't receive any. I just stood there at the counter for 5 minutes before asking if anyone was working. How can you look a customer in the eye from 5 feet away and not acknowledge them? Then, the burgers were soggy with grease, soaked the buns. C'mon. Steak and Shake used to be one of the classy burger places.

I was very disappointed with our service on Sunday, June 8th, 2025. Other people with the same size part arrived after us gor served before us. Our order was small and not complex. It appeared our server was more concerned about her party of friends. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The iced tea was warm with very little ice. The burgers and fries were cold. We did not complain to anyone. Evidently the person in charge realized there was a problem and gave us a small discount. Sad to say, we did not tip. We usually do. We were so disappointed with the entire experience.
