Stopped at this taco bell twice in 2 weeks and both times they messed up my order. The only thing I've ordered has been bean burritos and both visits they have shorted me a burrito. The first time I made it all the way home and when we went to eat our lunch we were shorted a burrito. Stopped by today and this time counted them before leaving drive thru and again we were shorted one burrito. We showed the drive thru attendant and she went and got us another burrito that could hardly be called a burrito, hardly any filling. They were not busy, no one in drive thru but us and one car on the lot for the dining room.

Never been late for work until i got stuck in the drive thru for a whole hour just to watch the cashier constantly walk back and forth and gossip with people at the window for 20 minutes.

Had the family with me for a quick bite while we were out. Our order wasn't right. Fast food shouldn't take 30 minutes to get. They took our order cause I refuse to take my own order, I don't work for them! The restaurant wasn't clean, and the workers seemed more into hanging out with friends that kept coming in then doing their jobs. This isn't a Taco Bell I plan on going back too anytime soon!!

Line was really long and it was only 2 oâclock in the afternoon ordered food got food wrong not only the quantity of which tacos I ordered but what toppings I want on them didnât even apologize when they said they got it wrong
You have to use a kiosk to order your food because the employees refuse. They were rude. And thr food was not very warm at all and they messed my order up 3 times. We were dining in.

Poor service and very rude workers ..Had made a order i had to stand in the lobby for 20mins waiting on my order. When there was like 6 workers and it wasn't that busy one worker told another worker well they just going to have to wait we are going to do everyone in the drive thru line first very loud with and attitude so unprofessional
