Got home with my order. It was wrong. Had to get back out in the 10 degree weather and get the right order. First time at this Wendy's. Won't go back for a while. Love the Wendy's up towards the city. Eat there every time I go by it. It's always perfect and yummy. Not sure if I'll go back to this one. We had a Wendy's here many years ago. Didn't last and I don't think this one will. Smh. Fast forward to November of 2025 and on a Sunday, McDonald's can't make shakes. I decide to run to Sonic, no Wendy's is right here. First, the automatic order taker says we don't have chocolate shakes. 😂 Would you like chocolate (something) frosty? Smh. Then they hand me my shakes. They filled to the brim. The 2nd one the girl handed was so full the chocolate was coming out of the lid, the lid that was just sitting on top of the ice cream pouring out. Immediately I laid on the horn. No one responded. So I laid on the horn again, holding the shake outside the window cause I just got a new clean car. Finally, not the person that handed them to me but someone walking by the window, took the shake, cleaned it and got the lid on. Was all that necessary cause of the 1 drive thru server. Fire her! Geez! Btw, your rating is lower than the McDonald's on Karsch! Now that has to be pretty bad, to beat that particular McDonald's. You are rated a 3.5.

Drive through Ai. - AI is great unless you want to ask a question on the menu. Went inside and the worker refused to make changes. He was like a robot. Train your people better Wendy's!
