Drive through Ai. - AI is great unless you want to ask a question on the menu. Went inside and the worker refused to make changes. He was like a robot. Train your people better Wendy's!
What do you say about fast food that hasn't already been said? The restaurant could have been cleaner, however the young lady that was serving me was kind and helpful. The burger was fresh however the fries were over salted. As Wendy's goes, this is by far not the worst.
The people are 5 star, minus the lady that didnt give me a straw or spoon, I'd still give her 4 stars though, the window was automatically closing on her when handing the cups so maybe it threw her off. The AI drive thru order taker... We really need to talk about her or it. WAY TO AGGRESSIVE. The AI needs longer pauses, or seconds added for a pause. It was terrible I will never go back to a Wendy's with that there. I can't believe that aggressive beast was released...
