Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes and no cars moved an inch in that time frame. Thought we'd give it a shot and was disappointed. We drove to another town to get food. Too bad the McDonald's is gone, their service was better than that DQ seems to give.

Don't waste your time driving into the lot. Go somewhere else.

every time i come here the people employees are rude and get attitudes, slam the window shut in my face when i try to ask for something as simple as napkins, lobby is never open, they are always out of gravy, they say they have some but refuses to heat any up to sell, they take forever to take your order and half of the time the food is hard and cold.

It seems like the restaurant is going backwards a slowing down. But as far as myself, we had good service and the food was great. I think it varies a lot on certain days when you have enough people working there or not.

If there are more than two cars in line, be ready to wait 30+ minutes before they even take your order. Then the food is cold, or the ice cream is half melted. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Today we waited in the lobby with 4 other families for over 30 minutes for our meals. They kept serving the drive thru as opposed to the lobby. We eventually had to get refunded our money and leave.

We love having the conscience of DQ, but need to ensure everyone is served equally!

Was at Fayette - Mo. Dg last evening around 6pm.

Only 2 ladies working the store?

Dining room was closed- NO HELP.
Yet has a sign NEW MANAGEMENT?

NOW WHERE WERE THE NEW MANAGEMENT?.
I personally have ran 2 fast food restaurants- If any issue - THE MANAGER WAS THERE.
Might even work a double shift.

I would love to have the phone number of THE OWNERS OF DQ IN FAYETTE- MO.
Heard they live out of town.
These 2 ladies working last night- DID A GREAT JOB- CONSIDERING THE MESS HANDED TO THEM.

To me the NEW MANAGEMENT needs to go- of cannot be there to help take care of customers

No A/C, no carbonation for soda machine, no milk, drive thru had cones blocking it as if out of order....very disappointing. This place needs to get it together. And All of the tables were dirty.

this restaurant's drive thru is supposed to close at 10. It's 9:40 and they haven't been serving for 15 minutes to anyone in the line. They could have made over 500 dollars with how many people were in line. Ruined our evenings out of laziness. There was a big event at the college and could have got lots of customers. Disappointed so many people. They should feel ashamed. The workers had not sympathy and ignored everyone.

Came here with the family on a Sunday evening on ice cream day of all days. Has a sign on the window saying lobby was closed due to short staff yet there was 2 people cleaning in the dining area and at least another 2 in the back. People are just too lazy now a days.
