Waited 15 min in the driveway once order was taken and paid for took 10 min and when we received the food half of what I ordered wasn’t there had to park to go in and get the rest of my order that they knew they forgot and once I arrived home my burger had 3 - 4 strains of hair in it also the bun had finger tips dug into them most disgusting place ever the renovations haven’t done anything if your employees aren’t doing there jobs right the employees need a renovation for themselves I am going to report this facility to the health department

If I could give 0 stars I would. They severed me water for my gravy. Waited forever in line for this “gravy” and when we called they just said “yeah, we have been telling people not to get the gravy cuz it’s watered.” Yet, they never told me. Just gross. Remodel did nothing for this place. Not much longer and they will be shut down I’m sure!

Food is usually okay. However, something is always wrong with the order. I usually order the 6 piece sauced and tossed chicken strips with a side of ranch. Every single time, they have either not dipped them in sauce at all, shorted me on how many strips I payed for, not given me the dipping sause, or not given the Texas toast with it. One of these four things have happened every single time I've been here.
Twice now we have made the trip to DQ in Fayette to be greeted with a sign the lobby is closed. This DQ used to be awesome years ago but has gone downhill something fierce. Don’t see it being open long at this rate.

Not sure who the owner is for the DQ in Fayette Mo, but they should be ashamed. You spent hundreds of thousands and yet the service still terrible. This needs your attention ASAP!
