Got food poisoning and then I received a 20 dollar discount on a 40 dollar purchase then find out that the link wasn't any good and the discount was invalid

First time here was was pleasantly surprised on how large and clean the place was. They have a full bar area, kid friendly, daily lunch specials and a nice menu. Service was efficient and friendly and food was served fresh , hot and flavorful Definitely a go to place.
We were a party of four for a late lunch on a Thursday .It had been years since we had visited this establishment. Always seems to have great reviews.
Maybe reviews are posted after one too many tequilas.
One of the orders was a chicken chimichanga that arrived as beef. Since everyone else's food was presented at the same time, we just went ahead and accepted the beef. Everyone agreed the rice was bland. House margarita on the rocks was just okay. The side dish of guacamole was excellent. Fresh chunky and flavorful.
With two other Mexican establishments within walking distance,we expected better.
This place is horrible... don't go there. So overpriced it's unbelievable. Food is small portions. Taste bad. Bartender and servers don't care. Lucky if you don't get sick.

Ordered food for carry out on a Saturday night around 8 pm and paid for it online. We showed up at 855 pm to get the food and a man was walking out of the restaurant and said they were closed and when I put my hand on the door he put his hands on the door and said they were closed and I said that I was picking up a carry out and he scoffed at me and left. I get inside and asked for our order and they couldn't find it for about 10 minutes and then they proceeded to tell my wife that someone else picked up our order and that the restaurant was closing at 9 30 and for us to cancel the order instead of them fixing their mistake. I have been a restaurant manager for many years and I would not tolerate such behavior in my restaurant but I guess these people have different standards. We used to eat here regularly with no problem but after this visit I highly doubt that either me nor my wife will come back we will continue driving to Arnold and going to Si Senor. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️😔
Turned away business an hour before they close. This place sucks don't recommend it. It stinks and they were very rude
Great service and the Horchata was homemade. I'll be back as the chili poblanos were delish.
Two of us dined in on a Tuesday afternoon. Service was good and the food wonderful. The steak in the carne asada was tender enough to cut with a fork. The rice also had kernels of corn and a few other small vegetables. One of the best meals we have had in a restaurant in a long time.
Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. Went for lunch and took well over an hour to order/get our food. Order was then incorrect. Only 2 people working. I understand being short staffed- but this was impossible. Should have closed if enough staff aren’t available. The only server was literally running the entire time. Will not be back.
