My son and I had lunch there yesterday. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious! I’m 73 years old, and I had the best steak (prepared to perfection), that I’ve ever had in my life! The manager stopped by our table and asked how everything was. After I told her, she immediately went back to tell the chef about the praise. And, the manager was so very “down to earth “, and just as sweet as can be. You all are doing a great job! Just keep doing what you’re doing! I’ll be back, every time I drive through!

There’s a guy there with long blonde hair, who is not very good at his position of server. He’s far too casual and dismissive. He takes notes, and then doesn’t follow through on the correct action based on the notes that he took. Why is he taking notes if he’s not going to do what he wrote down?
I don’t think he deserves his position and should be downgraded to a lower position until he learns how to be a good server.
The food was fine, though it was delivered to the table by someone other than the server, which was strange. Isn’t the server supposed to be doing the serving? What’s going on at this location?
Where is the manager, and why aren’t they managing this ridiculous situation?
It appears to me very clearly that further training is required for everyone.

Well I walked in and there was no host, I waited 10 minutes. The bartender looked at me and my friend 5 times, she even walked away from the bar!! We left after 10 minutes because that’s ridiculous. We’re going to Arnold now, HOPEFULLY this ones better.

I have been coming in here for a few months now and it’s always clean. The staff is always so sweet and recognizes me when I come with a nice greeting. I ordered the healthy choice, chicken broccoli, and mashed potatoes and every single time I order the order is correct and it’s hot. It is served quickly and the servers and bartenders are pretty amazing.

Staff is really friendly. Restaurant is clean too. Food tastes great! Really enjoyed coming here and would come again. They have some awesome drink specials!!

Awful ordered aribeye and got aserloin... called to tell them got hung up on plus had to bring the steak in to get another by then the rest of my food was cold... won't go back

Very slow service, long wait for food and then had to send back because burgers were raw

It's great unless you're a 2xl person trying to sit at a booth
