Don't go here if you actually want your order taken. The lady at the register started talking to another employee and walked to the back. Three other employees were there but never took my order.

Drove through and ordered food. Half my order was forgotten. I returned to the restaurant and waited at counter because no one was there. Saw a worker and said multiple times excuse me being ignored. Once I finally raised my voice enough to be acknowledged by said worker I was accosted by another customer being told I was rude. I told him I was just trying to get the food I paid for and he escalated the encounter with me. I had to deal with all of this because Arby's can't hire people smart enough to fill an order.

The food was good but the floors were disgustingly sticky, bathrooms were filthy and one of the people behind the counter looked visibly dirty. Will probably not be back to this location.

I just went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches and I inquired about the price which caused me to reduce my order. When I went through the pickup window, I noticed a special for the same exact item 4 for $10. When I asked the cashier why he did not tell me about the special his reply was because you ordered 2 not 4 sandwiches. I took my food and left. When I opened the order, the potato cakes were missing. I called and asked for the manager and he told me he was the manager, although surprisingly, his voice sounded very much like the cashiers. He told me the stores policy was not to inform customers of the 'specials' unless asked. I told him that policy and the crew's customer service sucked. He promptly hung up on me. I suggest Arby's provide customer service training for their staff. I won't return to that business.

4 cars inline at the drive thru and have been sitting in this line ( could not pull out to leave) for 38 minutes. What a horrible piece of customer service. When asked about it , it is an eye roll, a shrug of the shoulders and then they walk away

I love Arby's. I love the potato cakes, please bring them back! Your fish fillet sandwiches during Lent are the best, and you should have them available all the time. Now the complaint: I know it's hard to make a dollar, but I asked for a senior soda and there is not such a thing, although I think there used to be. Even McDonald's has a senior soda. You don't have a senior discount on meals, and that would be appreciated.
