You should worry about the front facing customers that come in to be waited on. Instead you keep working the drive thru.

No one waiting inside. No one waiting in the drive thru yet it takes 15-20 mins to get 2 sandwiches. When I asked for my money back oh it is coming up now. He said we are short staffed. Really, I have been watching 3 people do nothing for 15 mins.

Just stopped in to try the new angus cheesesteak. Total disappointment. So little angus on it that roll sat flat. So little it shouldn’t be called angus or cheesesteak. Seriously $8 for a near empty roll. If it’s not a quality control issue then it’s a total scam. Nice restaurant, but the food is always hit and miss. It shouldn’t be. It’s not like that at other Arby’s.
