We wanted to talk with the manager but there’s no manager to let them know our opinion about the food. It was cold and very salty. They don’t want to hear us because we are Hispanic. According to the person in charge, only Hispanic people do that. American people never complain.

This was the worst experience. We had a party of 10 all the food came out cold and it was very salty. I was trying to talk with the manager but he was mad and did not want to fix the issue. He walked away saying that we did not want to pay for the food. I just wanted my food to be corrected. Never again.

don’t even think about coming here. so many better restaurants around. food came out colder than our drinks and wasn’t edible. we asked for a manager and there wasn’t one available but INSTEAD a family member of the manager ? came out and accused us of not wanting to pay and stormed off when we offered to pay and just wanted him to hear the opinions. never coming back here again

The food there is excellent the service was amazing the was only one person working. He was excellent and super nice would recommend and the atmosphere was super nice and colorful.
I’ve given this place multiple chances, but after tonight, I’m done. They’ve messed up our orders several times before, but this time they gave us the completely wrong food. When I called to let them know, they didn’t apologize, offer to replace the order, or even refund it. They acted confused and repeated my order back to me multiple times. I said, yes that is our order but that is not what we got. They then proceeded to hang up on me.
It’s really disappointing because we’ve tried to be loyal customers, but the lack of care and customer service is unbelievable.

This is a true authentic Mexican restaurant. From the polite staff making you feel like you are at home to the delicious food & drinks. We look forward to coming back. We had an order rod queso, grilled chicken quesadilla ala cart, quessabirria no onions no cilantro & a chicken and rice dish. Modelo draft and their house margarita. Everything tasted amazing, you could taste all of the amazing seasonings and spices in each dish. Some of the best quessabirrias I've had.
