Waited 45 minutes for our appetizer then our food came 5 minutes later. The waitress never came to do refills. I always tip 30% cash but not this time. Damn shame.

Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, we were seated quickly. Great food. Calm atmosphere. Wonderful servers. Shout out to Layla for being amazing and helping my client. She was amazing. Whether you're coming with family, friends, work, solo, this is a good place to come.

Hostess didn’t want to be there - not chatty or friendly at all. But our waiter was incredible and the food was great. Hadn’t been to this location before and it was a solid representation of the brand.

#1-We like to sit at the bar. There were a few open seats, so we thought. My husband asks is anyone sitting here. The man on the left said yes, the man on the right said yes.
We were almost done eating before the people who were supposedly sitting there, ever showed up. #2-We waited about 15 min before anyone acknowledged us, then another 15 min before we got our drinks including water and the bartender, Sara didn't bring water until way later. #3-The food was good, wasn't cold. The bone in wings were really small like they were baby chickens. #4- we like the food, but the service has been bad the last 3-4 times at the Fenton location.

wings were rock hard like a brick. Waitress said they are frozen in the bag and if I order replacement ones it will be the same. Low quality bullshit.

Never have a been so upset! My family of 6 arrived at open to beat the rush. My 2 and 4 yr old are fully deaf and wear cochlear implants. They had some type of construction going on and my 4 yr old kept saying ow to loud talking about the work being done. So I asked if they could stop untill we left, mind you we already had our food and was about done and we was told no that they are behind and have to continue. The manager Jacklyn was horrible and did not care at all. We was offered to go boxes for fix the situation nothing like being forced out or made to have my daughter hurt by the loudness or forced her to remove the device and make her not have any hearing at all. My friends and family will NEVER foto this location again out of respect for the deaf community and my Daughter on her 4th birthday I might add!

Rather than schedule roof repairs for overnight, or closing the store. Inside was extremely loud with equipment on the roof. Had to leave due to the noise.
Servers were great and very apologetic. Very poor management decisions.

Got a takeout order
after picking up 20 wings, 20 boneless, sampler, fries and soda’s.

Wings were dry and had no sauce, boneless were well sauced tho.. fried pickles, onion rings, and fries were soggy.
Didn’t get the soda’s.

last time I try this grossly made crap I will stick with fandangos or wing stop.

Can't even rate the food because we waited what seemed like 10 minutes to be seated, SEVERAL workers walked right past us, not a single one of them even acknowledged us so we left and went somewhere else.
This is NOT the first time this has happened.
The times we've been here and actually were seated, to say the service was awful would be the mother of all understatements. Not only is the service atrocious, but the food is almost always cold/lukewarm by the time it actually comes out. I have been during lunch several times, sat myself at the bar and the service and food has always been awesome which is literally the only reason I continue to return.

Came in for boneless wings and a few appetizers, (kiddo threw down all the mozz sticks), had a mistake that was fixed with no issue, hassle or frustration which was so kind.

Crispy Thai curry traditional wings were delicious! They did need more sauce. Fries are crispy
