The food is fine but they will only give you 1 zesty sauce for 2 orders of fries. I really don't get why they're so stingy with the sauce. So annoying.

This place is so hit or miss depending on who is working. There is a female manager who stayed in one spot, not helping anywhere while there were about 15 cars in the drive thru. It’s not an issue with someone just sitting in one spot, maybe taking orders, except when they are telling customers to hold for 2 min before taking the order. So what is this person doing, nothing, while they stand there in the corner. The fries are almost always great. The burgers are a toss up when it comes to actually being hot. This place is 4 min from my home and I still go there, I just pick my moments.

Manager Mike is always polite and hardworking. I don't know why he's not the General Manager. Maybe he doesn't want the position. He's certainly capable!

All tables were cleaned actually the entire restaurant was immaculate, the only complaint was the bottom bun on my whopper was completely soaked in oils and flattened out .

Came back from the gym and I needed to clean my hands. Matt the cashier/window person gave me some paper towles and sanitizer so I could and enjoy my meal afterwards. Thanks Matt.
