Kid at the drive through was fantastic and super sweet. There was a sign up saying they had a new system and they were still trying to navigate which was no problem for me. Got home and realized my order was forgotten so I called back and asked if I could have it refunded. The gal told me I would have to drive back to the store for a refund. I asked her even with the receipt to look up the order and she said she couldn’t look it up. I’m not driving a 30 minute round trip for an order they forgot. I’ve managed restaurants and know all systems can look up an order with a receipt number. Pretty disappointing.

It’s okay. I went for the naruto collab and I don’t usually frequent Burger King as I remember the food being subpar around the same level as McDonald’s in my personal opinion. The food I received on this visit was cold, but not only that they completely messed up my order. I ordered a burger with just ketchup, instead they gave me a burger with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Now this wasn’t much of a problem for me because my friend was willing to switch food with me as he doesn’t mind those toppings but it was still disappointing to receive almost the exact opposite of my order.
