Whomever was on night crew Saturday night 3/23/24 definitely needs some extra training or consider a different job if they’re really not happy helping customers. There was one person I noticed doing an excellent job, a taller fellow with darker hair and freckles who was on top of everything, he is the one that actually told the three people up front on registers that there was someone behind them, as they had not turned around to help me the first few minutes I stood there. Now, you don’t walk completely facing the wall so they definitely saw me, and chose not to help me. I was picking up an order, not placing, so I was standing in a different area than the registers. One girl saw me and went to help the customer ordering next, no big deal, but the girl next to her just ignored me. Seriously? It really made me feel like I upset them just by walking in there. Then when they finally asked what I needed, and I told them I was just picking up an order (spicy fish and fries, that’s it) the blonde girl didn’t even make eye contact, literally faces the other way and said “it’ll be out…” and I couldn’t even hear what else she said because she turned to her coworker, they gave each other a look that made me feel awful and out of place for just behind there, and I continued to get ignoring until the bag was held in my face, and once I took the bag I again did not exist. I will never come back here, and if you want to be treated like a human being I unfortunately cant really recommend you come here either unless they can figure out the staffing issue. I know the service industry is stressful, but this was by far the WORST I think I’ve ever been treated in a fast food establishment, tied with Wingstop lol. It sucks because Burger King has always been known for “have it your way”, but today it felt like the employees just didn’t even want to be there. :/

Burger King is one of the last fast food places left I feel I can get a good meal and this location just ruined that my new bacon melt was completely cold not even slightly warm and break not even toasted as the picture shows. For 15$ an hour ya could do better if you think you deserve my hard earned money I will forever avoid this location and respond negatively towards any conversation about going to this location

Fast and friendly service. Our orders through drive-thru has always been correct when we have ordered. I was there once during lunch and there was a very long wait at the drive-thru order place.
I got a whopper meal and added their new cheese to toss on. The tos were the biggest waste of my money ever they were terrible.The rest of the meal was average.

I received a BK gift card and tried to order online exclusive bundles with it, using my credit card for the remaining balance. It gave me an error and would not order the food. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my browser but that did not work. I attempted to contact support and the AI chat bot could not help me. After requesting to talk to support staff I was told support would email me in 24 to 48 hours. My gift card balance was added to my online account, and now I cannot use it in person either. I have never had such a terrible experience, nor have I encountered such a poor customer support system in fast food. Other people have reported similar problems and I think their system just doesn't work
