Went there for dinner last night. Should of left after table next to us was complaining about raw chicken. But we had already ordered... My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and the burger was raw.... I ordered the chicken strip meal and mine were raw also. And I'm sick today from it. I will NEVER go back there again. We use to eat there a lot. It's went way down hill. We told the waitress , she asked if we wanted something taken off the bill. We said no just let the manager know that they are serving raw food to everyone.

Bryant made my mother-in-law’s birthday unforgettable!

From the moment we were seated, Bryant set the tone for an amazing celebration. He greeted my mother-in-law by name, checked in just the right amount, and somehow anticipated everything we needed before we even asked. Drinks were always refreshed, he offered spot-on menu suggestions, and he timed each course perfectly so our group could relax and enjoy the evening.

What really stood out was how genuinely he cared about making the birthday special. Bryant arranged a festive dessert surprise, rallied the team for a quick “happy birthday,” and even offered to take photos so we could all be in the moment. Friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional—this was hands-down the best customer service we’ve had in a long time.

Thank you, Bryant, for turning a simple dinner into a memory our family will talk about for years. If you’re visiting, ask for Bryant—you’ll be in the best hands!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at the Chili’s located at 711 Gravois Rd in Fenton, MO, and I have to say our experience was made unforgettable by one person: our waitress, Donnazia. From the very beginning, she greeted us with such warmth and positivity that it immediately set the tone for the rest of the evening. It wasn’t just customer service it was genuine hospitality that made us feel like we were in the right place.

Donnazia was incredibly kind, and it showed in every interaction she had with us. She took the time to introduce herself with a smile that lit up the room and instantly made us feel comfortable. Her approach wasn’t rushed or rehearsed; she was calm, present, and truly engaged with us throughout the entire meal. That kind of energy is rare, and it elevated the entire dining experience.
She was not only attentive but also extremely intuitive. She seemed to know exactly when we needed something without us having to ask. Whether it was refilling drinks, checking in to make sure our food was just right, or simply stopping by to see how we were doing, Donnazia handled it all with grace and ease. You could tell she genuinely cared, and that made a huge difference.
When it came to our order, she was both knowledgeable and helpful. We had a couple of questions about the menu, and she gave thoughtful recommendations without hesitation. She even helped customize a few items for dietary preferences and did it all with a great attitude — no eye rolls, no sense of inconvenience, just happy to help. It really felt like she wanted us to love our meal.

What impressed me the most was how consistent and upbeat she remained even as the restaurant got busier. It was clear she had multiple tables to juggle, but she never once looked overwhelmed or rushed. Every guest she interacted with got the same high level of care and attention. That takes real skill and professionalism — she made it look effortless. Her kindness extended beyond just good service. She had little moments of conversation that made us feel like more than just customers. We laughed, we joked, and by the end of the night, it felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend. That kind of connection is something you can’t fake — it’s just who she is, and it left a lasting impression.
Even other servers and staff seemed to enjoy working around her. You could sense the positive energy she brought to the team, and it made for a relaxed and welcoming environment throughout the restaurant. That kind of team dynamic speaks volumes, and Donnazia clearly plays a big part in creating it.

The food was great, but honestly, it was her service that truly made the night memorable. It’s not often that someone stands out so much that you feel the need to write a review, but in this case, it was a no-brainer. She deserves recognition for the way she carries herself and how she treats guests. If you’re thinking about going to Chili’s in Fenton, I absolutely recommend asking for Donnazia if she’s working. She’ll turn a simple meal into something really special. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also radiates kindness in such a natural and genuine way.

Thank you again, Donnazia, for your incredible service. You truly went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be back not just for the food, but because of you!

We had an amazing experience. Me and my boyfriend came here for an early lunch. The waitress was upbeat, friendly, quick, and efficient. I heard her say to seat multiple tabels with her, which was a good first impression. It showed that she wanted to be there. You could feel that energy from her.
I had the shrimp fajitas, and my boyfriend had the big mouth burger. We also had the eggroll appetizer. Our appetizer was incredibly delicious, props to the guy back there fryin'! The meat was exceptional for the burger and my shrimp. Great job Carlos!
We hope to have this experience everytime we make it to chili's.

Today I ordered the Quesadilla salad with Avocado ranch dressing. I could hardly eat it because they have jalapenos in the dressing now. I've had this many, many times in the past and it's never been like it was today! Super disappointed and hope it doesn't happen again.

Watch your credit card charges after going here. They stole an extra $28 by over charging the tip amount by $28 and are being super difficult to get refunded.

Server was lost most of the visit, and no it wasn't even busy. My food came out before I got my beverage. This location was a sad excuse for a Chili's.

Not a great location, go to Kirkwood if you’re going to get Chili’s. Not an attentive staff and your food will not be fresh if you order to go

The burger and fries were excellent today for our takeout order. We loved the new packaging that the food came in paper/cardboard versus the clear packaging for environmental reasons. It seemed to help maintain the texture of the fries as well. Also the gal and the takeout area was super nice and courteous!! We love the 3 for Me deal price for the quality of food as well as the amount and often chose it over fast food.
